1 IML Platinum Package Compensation Plan Personal Volume Requirement: MONTHLY A Personal Volume (PV) Subscription of $15. is required, each month, to remain active. It pays for your Harmonic trading Course, Harmonic Scanner, Trade Signal Services, Educational Services, and it qualifies you to earn commissions for First Order Bonus (FOB), Team Builder Bonus, Check Match Bonuses, Infinity Bonuses, Perfect Storm Bonus, Chairman's Club Bonus, Rank Achievement Bonus, and Team Residual bonus. We believe in being your own best customer. PLATINUM RANKS The IML Platinum Package has many different ranks that can be achieved through your efforts. Each rank qualifies and pays out differently depending on the bonus. See a list of Ranks and their qualifications below for reference throughout this document. Platinum Director (PD) - Purchase the Platinum Package for $5 and $15 a month. Platinum Field Director (PFD) - Personally Sponsor 3 active Platinum Directors. Platinum Executive (PE) - Personally Sponsor 3 active Platinum Directors each with a minimum of 4 Platinum Directors in their group. Platinum Vice President (PVP) - Personally Sponsor 3 active Platinum Field Directors. Platinum Senior Vice President (PSVP) - Personally Sponsor 3 active PFD's and have a minimum of 5 PD's or above on your team. A maximum of 2 PD's can come from 1 leg. Platinum Executive Vice President (PEVP) - Personally Sponsor 3 active PVP's. Platinum Senior Executive Vice President (PSEVP) - Personally Sponsor 3 active PFD's or above and have a minimum of 125 PD's or above on your team. A maximum of 5 PD's can come from 1 leg. Platinum President (PP) - Personally Sponsor 3 active PFD's or above and have a minimum of 25 PD's or above on your team. A maximum of 1 PD's can come from one leg. 2 First Order Bonus (FOB): PAID WEEKLY Earn $1. from each Retail Gold Package sale when you sign up a new customer for $195.. Earn up to $2.* from each Retail Platinum Package sale, depending on rank, when you sign a new customer for $495.. $95./95 CV of each retail sale, Platinum or Gold goes into the matrix and counts towards your monthly Personal Sales Volume (PSV). Retail Customers have the option to upgrade to an Independent Business Owner (IBO) at any time, for only $5., to earn in the Compensation Plan (provided that they qualify to earn commissions) and receive his/her own Replicated Website. * Refer to Team Builder Bonus chart Level 1 for qualifications. Perfect Storm Bonus (PSB): PAID ONE TIME IML rewards those who go to work right away. Sponsor three (3) New Platinum Directors in your first seven (7) days and receive a $15. bonus! Must be a Platinum Director to qualify. This bonus does not stack with the 3 You're Free bonus. Team Builder Bonus (TBB): PAID WEEKLY The Team Builder Bonus rewards those who help their Personal Platinum IBO's personally refer new Platinum members to IML. 3 Rank Achievement Bonus (RAB): PAID WEEKLY Earn between $15 to $4 dollars per month in our RAB. This bonus rewards members for building personal sales of New Active Platinum Packages and maintaining these members month after month. See the different requirements and bonus for each rank below: Platinum Field Director (PFD) Platinum Executive (PE) Platinum Vice President (PVP) Platinum Senior Vice President (PSVP) Platinum Executive Vice President (PEVP) Rank Bonus* Paid Platinum Senior Executive Vice President (PSEVP) Platinum President (PP) $15. $45. $6. $1,. $1,5. $2,. $4,. $37.5 per week $112.5 per week $15. per week $25. per week $375. per week $5. per week $1,. per week *RAB starts in your second month. Must be an active IML IBO and Platinum member to receive RAB. If you fall out of qualification for a given weekly period you will not earn RAB for that period. Team Residual Bonus (TRB): PAID MONTHLY Our Team Residual Bonus is based on a 3 x 8 Matrix. it fills in person to person, level to level, and you have the option to place your personals in any available spot in your matrix during their sign up. Our Platinum and Gold Retail Packages each have a 95CV (Customer Volume) attached to it. The Team Residual Bonus pays out 4% or $3.8 per Retail Customer or IBO in your organization. There are 9,84 spots in the 3 x 8 Matrix, do the math on 9,84 Members at $3.8!* *Must be an active PFD or higher to qualify for Team Residual Bonus. Check Match Bonus: PAID MONTHLY Earn 1% of your Personally Enrolled IBOs Matrix Income. Example: Joe sponsors Mary, and Mary builds an income from the matrix of $1,. per month. Joe will earn a 1% Check Match Bonus of $1,. per month, equal to Mary s Matrix income. Another benefit is that if Mary lands on any of Joe's levels, for example, 1st Level, 5th Level, or even 5th Level, Joe still earns 1% of Mary's 3x8 matrix income. Essentially Joe earns an additional eight (8) levels, as long as Mary has positions filled down to the 8th level of her matrix. This is for illustration purposes only. The Check Match Bonus can be a mixture of Gold and Platinum Members. Must be a Platinum Field Director or higher to qualify.

Chairman's Club Bonus The Chairman's Club is a special club in IML that rewards those who truly build their IML team. There are seven (7) Ranks in the Chairman's Club. Details for each rank and the qualifications are below: Chairman Rank Qualifications Bonus Paid Per Week Chairman 8 Must have 5 active personal PFD's or above and a minimum of 5 Platinum Directors or above in your entire team. A maximum of 2 team members per leg can be applied to bonus to equal 5. $8,. $2, Chairman 16 Must have 5 active personal PFD's or above and a minimum of 7 Platinum Directors or above in your entire team. A maximum of 3 team members per leg can be applied to bonus to equal 7. $16,. $4, Chairman 2 Must have 5 active personal PFD's or above and a minimum of 1, Platinum Directors or above in your entire team. A maximum of 4 team members per leg can be applied to bonus to equal 1,. $2,. $5, Chairman 3 Must have 5 active personal PFD's or above and a minimum of 1,5 Platinum Directors or above in your entire team. A maximum of 6 team members per leg can be applied to bonus to equal 1,5. $3,. $7,5 Chairman 4 Must have 5 active personal PFD's or above and a minimum of 2, Platinum Directors or above in your entire team. A maximum of 8 team members per leg can be applied to bonus to equal 8. $4,. $1, Chairman 6 Must have 8 active personal PFD's or above and a minimum of 3, Platinum Directors or above in your entire team. 5 CHAIRMAN'S CLUB PROFIT POOL The Chairman's Club does not end there! You also will be created your own Profit Pool, that is traded and rewards you the opportunity to earn passive income in the financial markets. Depending on your Chairman Club Rank IML will take 5% of your monthly bonus and invest it into a trading account for 3 months only. Any trading profits are then shared with you and IML. You will receive 7% trading profits and IML will keep the remaining 3%.This only applies if profit is made in a particular trading period. If no profit is made, there will be no profits shared with the IBO or IML for that period.
