In the above example - you have earned the title of 4 Star Team Member by having referred 4 personal customers. This entitles you to earn cash back on 6 Compressed generations of customers. 4 Level Pay Versus Compressed Generational Pay BEFORE COMPRESSION AFTER COMPRESSION Levels Generations The example to the left is what your team could look like over a period of time in any plan. For this example we will assume you are qualified to earn on 3 levels, in a level pay plan, and 3 generations in our plan! In the level pay example you would be paid on the 7 highlighted team members Compressed simply means we temporarily purge out all customers without purchases and and slide everything up, you would now earn cash back on all 29 highlighted team members Level Pay on 7 customers = $ Compressed Pay on 29 customers = $57.5 That s a 3% increase with compressed generational pay versus level pay, on the same exact team! Imagine what a 3% increase would look like if you increase the numbers by 1 fold. A $137 pay check would be a $57 paycheck with compressed generational pay!
5 2Quick Start Rewards This is a really unique reward, there for the taking, to receive $5 or $1 dollars Cash Back as fast as you want it. It is our way of paying it forward to people that get off to a quick start by immediately getting multiple customers. This is how it works; Personally refer 4 new customers; as soon as that happens, we will deposit a $5 cash reward into your ewallet. 7 4Leadership Rewards 511th Generation to Infinity Pay* Leadership Rewards are one-time cash bonuses you receive as a congratulation for reaching milestone titles; It all starts with the title of Senior Manager. To be a Senior Manager you will have to help 5 of your personally enrolled customers enroll 2 customers each. When you do this we will put a one-time $ cash reward in your ewallet. $ Then, as you advance up the corporate ladder there are 4 more one-time congratulatory bonuses of; Senior Executive $1, Bill Sara Ed Sam Bob President $1, Senior Vice President $5, Board Member $, Realizing that there will people that desire to build enormous teams to reach quit their job and retire income levels, we created infinity pay. 10 GLOSSARY Customer: Customers are people that want to purchase Revv products, earn rewards, and spend their reward dollars to get free product and merchandise. Customers will not be allowed to have a checked mailed to them. Affiliate Customer: Is when a Customer decides they want to be able to have checks mailed to them. A simple process in your back office portal like furnishing us your SSN will convert you to an Affiliate Customer. Active: To be considered Active a customer must have at least PSV (personal sales volume) in the previous 31 days. Personal Enroller: Is the person that personally enrolled a customer. Placement: As you enroll new customers, you will have the option of placing your new person under one of your other customers. When you do this it s a win/ win for you and the customer you placed them under as you both earn cash back. You have full control of deciding where each new customer will be placed. Title: A title is a level of achievement you can reach just like in the corporate world. And just like the corporate world as you get promoted to higher titles your pay goes up accordingly. Auto-order: An auto-order is a standing order that ships to you every 3 days insuring you have a minimum of PSV every 31 days. Team Member Grandfathering: A purchase of a qualified Team Member Grandfather package earns you Grandfathered status. What this means is you will earn rewards at the title of Team Member for the next 6 weeks from purchase date. Back Office Portal: This is a password protected area for you to manage your account, access your ewallet, and watch your customer team grow. It is offered to you free of charge. Paid As Title: Is the title you earned rewards at when a sale happened. Lifetime Title: Is the highest title you ever achieved. Commission Volume (CV): Every ordering option has a cost and a (CV) associated with it. The (CV) is the amount that rewards are calculated on and in Revv the (CV) is about 78% of the actual cost of the product. Personal Volume (PV): PV is the cumulative CV of the products you personally purchased in the last 31 days. ewallet: Is a virtual wallet in your back office where all the rewards you earn are placed. From your ewallet you can buy products, popular electronics, logo merchandise or even transfer rewards to another customer. If you opt to be an Affiliate Customer you can even ask to have some or all of your wallet made into a check and mailed to your home. Personal Sales Volume (PSV): PSV is your personal Customers PV and your PV combined in the last 31 days. Group Sales Volume (GSV): GSV is the PSV of your entire team in the last 31 days.
