L objectif est de soutenir le système de formation professionnelle pour les travailleurs du secteur des PME par le biais de nouveaux programmes, chaînes ainsi que l amélioration de la compétitivité des entreprises concernées par la création de nouvelles opportunités pour la formation professionnelle. En particulier, le projet permet le transfer des résultats innovateurs, des méthodologies et des outils associés au système. d apprentissage multicanal. Les bénéficiaires de projet MASTER sont différents types d utilisateurs, en particulier les entreprises et leurs employés, mais aussi les organismes représentant le système d éducation, les employés et les professionnels. Résumé: Comparing with other European countries Polish firms participate in trainings with much lower frequency, mainly due to scarce financial resources and viewing trainings as an additional cost. Yet, especially, in the case of micro enterprises competencies are vital for further development. 36% of Polish SMEs declares the process of recruiting people with desired competencies problematic. The rationale for MASTER (Multichannel Adaptive System Training for micro, small and medium Enterpris) project was related to micro and small to medium enterprises training and development needs and their difficulties (strongly related to dimensions and internal structures) in managing and funding training systems for their employees. MASTER aimed to realise an innovative VET sysem for SMEs, also in terms of supporting systemic VET needs analysis, in order to impact on the dynamic fit of labour market. Distance learning technologies can support the learning processes by linking disperse sectorial SMEs systems, cutting training costs (logistics) and promoting continuous collaborative learning opportunities. Starting from innovative EU project, MASTER will implement a distance learning adaptive and multichannel system (and services and contents) for SMEs to support individual and organisational development (also in terms of creating new, innovative and ubiquitous learning opportunities), promote a systematic fit among competences need and labour market, sustain enterprises and network competitive advantage. The ontology-driven approach (based on adaptive test engine and systemic methodological framework) ensures active support of the whole learning cycle by dynamic mapping of SMEs competences needs and gaps, according to their target markets and, consequently, to create dynamically adaptive courses. MASTER intends to transfer, enlarge and adapt (according to the socio-economical context and need) results, tools and competences of partner previous experiences in these domains, (elearning and mlearning for SMEs; ontologies; blended training) of innovative EU project TrainSME (MERIG) integrated with Studio and ContSense(Corvinno). The project takes in account also the results of other specific Polish projects to focus strongly on achieving improved collaboration between VET and business sectors. Main expected results and outputs are: (i) a multichannel training system for vocational and educational training using web and mobile technology; (ii) training and educational services based on an integrated methodology mix (individual and collaborative learning; self and assisted; synchronous and asynchronous); (iii) methodological choices supported by a multimedia mix; (iv) availability in three languages version: Polish, Italian, English. : The ontology-driven approach (based on adaptive test engine and systemic methodological framework) ensured active support of the whole learning cycle by dynamic mapping of SMEs competences needs and gaps, according to their target markets and, consequently, to create dynamically adaptive courses. Moreover it was an adaptation of new learning materials (from CORVINNO and FH Joanneum) regarding to Project Management and Internationalization courses which makes the project more innovative (it is an added value for the project). What is more it was Flexilab authentification gateway developed by CORVINNO and multiple choice questions. As regarding its mobile system. Because mobile devices can be used almost anywhere, they are perfect platforms for situated learning activities, where real life is used to provide stimuli and activity for learning. An example of a situated learning activity would be studying art in a gallery instead of from an online photograph or a text book. In this scenario, the learner would be pushed information about the specific artwork they are standing in front of which would be determined by the mobile network. Handheld devices can be used in public and social settings where larger devices would be intrusive and seem out of place. Using a small device like an audio tour guide or an ipod or a mobile phone web browser is an obvious use of mobile technology; typing on a laptop computer in the same environment is not as acceptable or practical. Mobile learning is the harnessing for education and training of the 3 billion mobile devices in the world today. Every student in every higher and further education institution in every EU country possesses one. One of the major ISIT mobile learning projects funded by the EC, The m-learning project led by LSDA in the United Kingdom, focused on unemployed and unemployable youth who refused to attend education or training but who all had a mobile phone which was used for literacy, numeracy and social skills training. 12 Produit 'D.1 User Needs Analysis Report' MASTER: système multicanal adaptatif pour les petites entreprises, micro et Titre: D.1 User Needs Analysis Report Type de Produit: Matériel pour l'enseignement Texte marketing: This report deals with SMEs needs for training in Europe and especially in Poland, Austria, Hungary, Italy, taking into account the new possibilities of e-learning. : Well trained entrepreneurs, managers and employees increase the capacity to compete not only within the European market, but also in competition with other regions of the world. European Commission tries to support training activities of European SMEs to compete with the remaining world by: -Improving the framework conditions of training and skills development. -Developing suitable methods and techniques of training. -Addressing current and structural challenges of competence development. At first a European overview of training offers for SMEs was provided in the report. The second part deals with the company environment, as well as training conditions for companies in each of the participating countries. Moreover the training needs of SMEs were assessed in a broad (European) and specific manner (Polish). : The MASTER project is applying the consortium knowledge in combination with e-learning trends and survey findings to build up an innovative e-learning environment for SMEs in Poland. In that case the multichannel adaptive approach is supported by the theory described before, as well as from the results of the MASTER survey. The main needs collected has been integrated in a "Clustering Training Needs" document concerning the clustering of training needs. In this phase the actual technology was analyzed to deliver specific reference guidelines. It will also regard the design of the single software components composing the system dedicated to the management and delivering of the learning and ontology research activities.
