The course will cover the key concepts and constituents of the balanced scorecard and provide insight into how the scorecard promotes achieving business strategies. It also covers the fundamental aspects related to creating meaningful KPIs and monitoring systems. The course will guide you in the design and implementation, or improvement, of effective and strategically aligned balanced scorecard systems and teach you how to improve organisational performance through an understanding of key topics including: Basic elements and concepts of balanced scorecards Formulating and implementing strategically-aligned balanced scorecard systems Overcoming the challenges and barriers in designing, implementing and managing balanced score card systems The development of effective integrated customer measurements The development of effective integrated financial measurements The development of effective integrated internal process measurements The development of effective integrated learning and growth measurements Adopting fundamental KPIs Designing multi-layered monitoring systems that promote strategic and operational management decision-making processes
