2 DELIVERY MODES The training plan should list the forms of delivery to be used throughout the traineeship, with details being included on the timetable. Delivery may include Workplace based assessment of training needs in consultation with RTO Observation in the workplace Supervised practice in the workplace Attendance at college for discussion with other trainees and completion of work on underpinning knowledge contact with RTO Online discussion RECORD OF ASSESSMENT [Records of assessment including competencies completed and form of assessment used should be noted in the trainee's log book.
