9 The Bradfield Network The Bradfield Network is an online web tool with guidance and procedures. It provides written advice on matters including best practice guidelines. Our website gives you access to a wealth of practical information. Our team constantly reviews the current trends updating the Bradfield Network daily. Advice Our Advice service provides high quality remote support from CIPD-qualified consultants. It s designed for SMEs who do not require a constant presence. We will provide off site telephone and advice from Monday to Friday during working hours (9.00am until 5.30pm). The advice will be offered by a dedicated consultant. Our service enables you to build trusted relationships with an consultant who will understand the individual needs of your business. Finally, you will also receive documents that you need to action the advice. 10 Software Whatever the size of a business, managing staff and keeping on top of paperwork can be a chore. software can save time and money by eliminating paper and storing all employee data in one database. It is also a more environmentally friendly approach. We provide a database that can either be used as an system or a payroll system or a combination of both. The and Payroll System are fully integrated storing data in line with data protection requirements. The system provides dayto-day efficiency management of people for example being able to send a letter to all employees about a pay increase. The cloud based system allows access by all employees to book holidays and for managers to approve them at any location. It also allows absence recording and reporting. The payroll system is fully compliant with legislation regarding pension auto enrollment and real time HMRC reporting.
