5 On-Site Omega s On-Site managed service is an extension of your business, designed to support your operation; its peaks, troughs, nuances and challenges 24 / 7/ 365. Our role is to ensure that ALL of your staffing requirements are managed and value for money is delivered through KPI, retention and attrition target attainment. We also go further to deliver a range of other operational initiatives to further drive cost saving, improved efficiency and often morale to each and every customer. 7 Advanced Manufacturing Since Omega s inception in 1998, we have been focussed on providing the best technical resource service to the UK s manufacturing sector. Like our customers, we define ourselves as adopting a program of continuous improvement to our products, processes and supply chain. We work with OEM s and the entire supply chain in the automotive and aerospace sectors, as well as the wider engineering / technical sector. 9 Engineering Construction Omega s contribution to global infrastructure projects stretches back to 2006 and spans Asia, Australia and Europe On and offshore new builds and outages have benefitted from our ability to source, test and deploy skilled labour across the world covering the oil & gas, power generation, nuclear and process sectors. Omega was one of the first resource solutions businesses to gain approval to the ECIA (Engineering Construction Industry Association) in Since then we have resourced, trained, mobilised and managed large volumes of contract staff, of many nationalities, throughout the UK, Holland, Poland and Italy, on some of the most significant projects. 11 Workforce Omega s Workforce division operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, supporting its customers around the clock with an utterly flexible resource service that is perfectly in tune with the needs of our customers. Whereas many of our competitors don t offer this level of coverage and immediate response, Omega recognises the vital role we play, especially to those customers in the production, distribution and events sectors. Indeed, it is not unusual to find Workforce staff on customer sites at any time during the day or night ensuring our service promise and continuity of supply is being met. It is this level of service that enables us to secure and then maintain our customers, many of which become fully managed On-Site clients. Omega is proud to hold a GLA licence and has successfully done so since 2006, in fact we were one of the first resource solutions businesses to gain accreditation. Coupled with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, REC Audited status and CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Scheme) accreditation, we are vigilant in our adherence to safe and legal practice of course, but we go beyond that to operate to industry leading practice.
