2 PROGRAM OVERVIEW Sustainability, in the recent past has become a key focus for the organizations. The heightened awareness of the various stakeholders and the society has forced the businesses to increase their environmental and social responsibility by manifold. To sustain in the highly competitive world the organizations need to create best practices which sustain them in the long run. Good governance goes beyond compliance and helps the organization build an environment and culture of high ethics and integrity. Building a culture of high ethics and integrity has now become the forte of Human Resource Department. Not only this, the HR function is critical to achieving success in sustainability driven organization. Since the prime focus and skills of HR professionals include organisational process, change management and culture, stewardship, therefore it becomes imperative that they take a leading role in developing and implementing sustainable strategy. The tangible outcomes of strong sustainable HRM performance includes not only support for the achievement of broad sustainability of business objectives, but also measurable contributions to HRM performance, including low employee turnover, poor absenteeism, improved employee well-being, and an overall increase in employee engagement, motivation and productivity. The present program focuses on linking sustainability and governance factors, assisting the managers to build on the various operational practices across different functions like marketing, finance, logistics, IT, R&D leading to competitive advantage. It is suitable not only for the HR managers but also executives and team leaders who have the responsibility to Ÿ Generate awareness regarding the linkages between good governance policies and sustainability Ÿ Sensitize organisational concern related to sustainability to gain competitive advantage Ÿ Benchmark the best practices Ÿ Construct HR governance module for the organization PARTICIPANTS The program will add value to senior and middle level executives from public and private sector, financial institutions, and government departments. The participants from any functional area like Marketing and Sales, Customer Service, R&D, Production, Human Resources Management, Finance, Logistics and IT will benefit from attending the program. PROGRAM CONTENT Ÿ Optimise performance of the organisation s human capital assets Ÿ Value creation and sustainability Ÿ Define stakeholders and their expectations Ÿ Strategic partnerships across functions Ÿ Building ethics & integrity Ÿ Align the function s priorities with those of the business Ÿ Assist executive decision making. VENUE The Program is fully residential and the participants will be accommodated in air-conditioned single rooms. However, the College does not provide accommodation for the family.transport between Airport /Railway Station and venue will be arranged by the College. The Bella Vista Campus of the college is WiFi enabled in a comprehensive way. DURATION The Program duration is from Monday, February 22, 2016 to Wednesday, February 24, The participants are expected to arrive a day before the commencement and may leave after the conclusion of the program. PROGRAM FEE Residential Rs. 34,000/- plus 14.5% Service Tax per participant will be charged to cover tuition, board and lodging, courseware (in electronic form) and other facilities of the College including Internet usage. Foreign Participants US$1495 plus 14.5% Service Tax per participant.

3 Non Residential Rs.28,000/- plus 14.5% Service Tax for Indian participants not availing hostel accommodation will be charged to cover tuition, course ware (in electronic form) working lunch and other facilities of the College including internet usage. A 5% concession on the Program fee is available to the sponsoring organizations ensuring payment into the College Bank account before the commencement of the Program. In addition, a discount of 10% is applicable to the second nominee onwards, from the same organization for this Program. Thus, it becomes pertinent for the organizations to foster high level of good governance and thereby mitigating risks and building sustainability. Thus, to develop a high performing culture promoting sustainability, the organisations need to develop its value chain across the verticals. The key focus of the program is to develop a model of good governance to create sustainability in the organisations.
