5 Show Services All trade show booth services and supplies such as electricity, lighting, tables and chairs must be arranged directly with Showtime Event & Display this is not included with your booth fee. Showtime Event & Display will be sending you an exhibitor package link via . You may also contact Showtime Event & Display by phone, , by or by fax Showtime Event & Display has also been appointed as the official exhibit transportation carrier. Please allow ample time for pick-up to ensure that your exhibit arrives before the scheduled move-in date. All freight charges must be sent prepaid as the facility will not accept collect shipments. When shipping with Showtime Event & Display, shipments can be received and stored up to 14 days in advance of the show. For all out-of-country exhibitors who require customs clearance assistance, North American Logistics Services Inc. (NALSI) has been appointed the official customs broker.
