4 WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN REQUIREMENTS A 40% deposit is due before we begin your project. The remaining balance can be paid monthly or in full. TERMS & CONDITIONS It will take a minimum of three months to complete any website project. All website projects are optimized for most modern browsers. Special arrangements are needed for old browser compatibility. Website, hosting and domain will remain active as long as your monthly payments are up to date. You will be billed at the beginning of the month. For the best experience, consider purchasing one of our monthly website maintenance packages. Client will provide all copy, photos, and other media, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Please be careful not to provide copyrighted material you don t own. We retain the right to display your new website in our portfolio. If you do not own a domain, we can purchase one for you (please see rates below.) Basic setup and services are included.
