1 DIGITAL MARKETING E-LEARNING EXPLANATION, BENEFITS AND PRICING Ensure your team is kept up to date with world class content on all areas of digital marketing. This online platform offers highly interactive content along with full tracking and reporting functionality so that you can measure your team s increasing knowledge on digital tools and techniques. WHAT IS IT? The Chartered Institute of Marketing has partnered with Target Internet to provide a suite of online digital marketing training modules that allow companies to train and up-skill their teams in all areas of digital marketing. The platform currently has 35 modules (see Appendix 1), with two new modules being added every month. The modules contain a mix of graphics, audio, video and quiz questions to make the learning process easy, enjoyable and engaging. We track usage patterns so that we can provide you with extensive reporting, for example, which modules have been completed by which member of staff, the level of completion and scores on the quiz elements (see Appendix 4). The platform also has an assessment module that a user can complete to assess their confidence and capability on each area of digital marketing; they can return to this at a later date and track their progress. WHY SIGN UP? Digital skills have become increasingly essential for organisations so we have made sure that the content behind this tool is best in class and delivered in a format that suits your business. This includes: World-class content that is classroom tested and adapted to online learning, and created by leaders in their field. The same training content as used by some of the world s leading companies. Highly interactive content and very easy to use. Up to date content with two modules added every month. HTML 5 compliant so it works on mobile devices as well as your desktop/laptop. Assessment module so that skills gaps can be assessed. Full reporting and tracking functionality to help support your team. Content which can be accessed again and again. Modules that remember your progress so you don t have to complete them in one sitting. A fully hosted platform with unlimited usage for an agreed number of users. Content powered by

Access to all existing modules and two new modules every month via a password protected landing page. Access to an assessment module. Full hosting and support from a CIM account manager. Customisation of module branding and landing page if required (additional cost). Monthly reporting of content usage. Monthly highlighting new and key content. TRIAL ACCESS We are able to offer trial access to a landing page with four full modules so you can see how the system works. Please note, this page is password protected and the password is changed on a regular basis. Please contact your Account Manager if you would like trial access. Content developed by leading digital specialist and CIM course director, Daniel Rowles. Same training content as used by some of the world s leading companies. RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS Pricing is based on the number of users who require access, as shown below: NUMBER OF USERS PRICE PER MONTH PRICE PER YEAR , , ,000 12, ,850 22, ,500 42, ,500 54, ,500 66, ,000 72,000 If you would like us to customise the interface and landing page there will be a 20% addition to the above price. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice and are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, six monthly or annually) and a minimum 12 months agreement is required. Agreements will roll on a monthly basis after the initial period unless agreed otherwise. The content is no longer accessible after the end of an agreement. A: No, content is only accessible for the duration of a contract. Q: CAN I BRAND THE CONTENT WITH MY COMPANY S LOGO? A: Yes, the landing page and modules can be branded at an additional cost. Q: CAN I CUSTOMISE THE LANDING PAGE? A: Yes, the landing page and modules can be branded at an additional cost. The text at the top of the landing page can also be customised as part of this cost. Q: WILL THE CONTENT WORK ON MY TABLET DEVICE? A: Yes, the content is HTML 5 compliant, meaning it will work on most tablets. If this is essential for you, we can arrange to test your particular device. Q: CAN I LOG IN AND GENERATE CUSTOM REPORTS AT ANY TIME? A: No, standard reports on usage are provided every month but we can provide custom reports as needed or on a regular basis. Q: DO I NEED TO HOST THE MODULES?
