Jobs Abu Dhabi is a collection of private and public sector jobs currently advertised in the Abu Dhabi Emirates. Job seekers can search for available positions, post searchable CVs, and access valuable employment resources. Employers can search for candidates, post available positions with no charge and manage recruiting. The following Training Toolkit is meant to serve as a reference to help you get the most out of your experience. Even though we have made sure to make the website as user friendly as possible in each step of the design, we also encourage you to visit this presentation in the unlikely case of facing any difficulties. 4 Getting Started, Building your CV Make sure you are on the Job Seeker page, click Registration to start building your CV.

5 Fill in the fields below, chose your user name and password and provide us with the rest of your basic information. Remember to note down your user name and password. Tip: Many job seekers mistakenly register as employers, this wont allow them to create any valid CV, and will eliminate their chances of being hired, make sure you are on the Job Seeker page.

6 Building your CV By registering only you did not create any searchable CV yet, start building your CV by going to My Workspace and clicking Post your CV

7 Click on Each of the below sections to complete a CV, the more you invest in your CV, the better your chances of being employed.

8 Congratulations! You have successfully completed your CV on Jobs Abu Dhabi. Now by default your CV is searchable by all Jobs Abu Dhabi Employers, they can read your CV and contact you directly if they wish.

9 Searching and Applying to Jobs Now that your CV is completed, you can search and apply for jobs posted on Jobs Abu Dhabi. You will need to click Search Jobs. Automatically you will be navigated to the page shown below where you can enter any desired keywords, job location, company industry and type. You are able as well to save your search selections. However these are only optional. Then click Search

10 After clicking search, the results will be displayed as demonstrated below. You can click on the title of the job to get more details (1), or instead u can choose to click Apply Now (2) if you wish to apply instantly or to friend (3) if you wish to send it to a friend.

11 By clicking on the job title, the page shown below will be displayed. 1. Apply Now 2. to a Friend 3. Save (if you wish to save the job post for future reference) 4. More from the company (if you wish to check more vacancies from the same company) 5. Print 6. Report Abuse (whether the content is inappropriate or a fraud)

12 Advanced Search Advanced search will help you personalize your job search. It will narrow down your search results and this is done by you Choosing the desired Job Title, Location and Role, the Company type and industry, the minimum monthly Salary, the Career Level, the Employment type and Status, and jobs posted in a specific language (English, Arabic and French). In Addition to all that it will give you the option of saving your search.

13 Search Jobs By Company In Jobs Abu Dhabi, you have the option to search jobs by Company name. You can simply click on the desired Company and the list of jobs available for that certain company will be displayed for you to browse through.

14 Saved Searches Once you Save a search, you can access it by clicking on Saved Searches and you will be directed to a page which lists all the searches you had saved as demonstrated below. You can click Run to repeat the saved search again.

15 Saved Jobs You are able to view the job posts you have saved under Saved Jobs. By Default they are displayed in Summary View, however you can choose Detail View, to view them in more details, or you can delete one or all of them.

16 Experts Tips 1. Refresh Your CV. Refreshing your CV will allow it to appear on the top of matching search results. Why do this? Employers can see your last CV refresh date, hence this gives them an idea about how active you are in your search for a job. 2. Apply! Even though your CV is searchable, we still encourage you to apply to all the relevant postings matching your experience to increase your chances of being hired. 3. Invest in your CV. We encourage you to take your time while building your CV, include all experiences, courses, skills etc. 4. Set a saved search. While we do urge you to visit the website regularly while searching for a job, its also recommended that you set a saved search that matches your qualifications and receive new jobs alerts by .
