3 Lenovo Partner Access - Overview Objective Enhance Partner access to Lenovo resources that a Partner uses daily. What is it? A centrally accessible portal enabling Lenovo Partners to easily access relevant information. Everything you need for doing business with Lenovo in one place With Single Sign-on capabilities Cross device support Benefits A Lenovo solution for Partners to access key resources, enhancing the Lenovo experience. Securely remembers a Partner s passwords to Lenovo resources, so you don t have to. Allows a Partner to access Lenovo resources used daily with one click. 3

4 How to access the Lenovo Partner Access Portal: Go to and click on the button entitled Authorized Partner login in the top right corner. 4

5 How to access the Lenovo Partner Access Portal: The following page will outline the new changes to the existing Lenovo Partner Network Portal and how to register for the Lenovo Partner Access Portal. 5

6 How to access the Lenovo Partner Access Portal: Click on the registration link found on the left side of the login page of the Lenovo Partner Access Portal. 6

7 Lenovo Partner Access Registration Process Complete and submit the registration form found below. 7

8 Lenovo Partner Access Account Activation Each new User will receive an account activation once their registration form was successfully submitted. (example below) Click on Activate Now to complete the account activation process. This will redirect you to the Lenovo Partner Access login page. 8

9 Lenovo Partner Access Acceptable Use Policy Each User will need to agree to the terms & conditions of the portal the first time they login in order to move forward in the registration process. This step is offered in both French and English and only needs to be completed once provided there are no changes to the terms of the program. 9

10 Lenovo Partner Access Challenge Questions The final step in the registration process is to select two challenge questions in the event where you will need to reset your password and authentication is required. 10

11 Lenovo Partner Access Applications Workspace Your Lenovo Partner Access workspace will appear in either French or English based on your browser s settings. 11

12 Lenovo Partner Access First Time Login to Tiles Step 1 For security purposes, enter your single sign-on password; This step is required anytime you enter a tile for the first time or update an application login credentials. Step 2 - This step is required for Single Sign-On; Enter your current application ID and password; This needs to be completed the first time you enter any tile. All application ID s and passwords will be stored within the Password Manager page of the Account tab. 12

13 Lenovo Partner Access Workspace Navigation Tools Open Applications Displays all the applications c the User has opened in one view. Logout will exit the User from the Lenovo Partner c Access Portal. 13 Lock - The User can lock their system at any time. The LPA password c will unlock the system. Search type any letter found within the title of the tiles and a list of matching tiles c will appear for easy selection of wanted tile(s). Settings allows the user to select basic custom settings for their workspace, c features such as default menus.

14 Lenovo Partner Access Tile Descriptions Which tiles a User will see will be dependent on your company s profile. If there is a tile that appears on your workspace that you do not utilize in your role today, someone within your company does and this is why it will appear within your workspace. 14

15 Lenovo Partner Access Account Tab Change Acct Info Allows Users to update their personal profile. Change LPA Password Allows Users to change the password they use for the Lenovo Partner Access. Password Manager All your application credentials will be listed here. For security purposes, the User will need to enter their Lenovo Partner Access password each time they enter this section of the portal. Security Questions Allows Users to update their challenge questions used when resetting their Lenovo Partner Access password. 15
