MANAGE YOUR CAMPAIGNS Multiple Campaign Statuses Campaign Manager keeps you updated with the progress of each of your campaigns from creation of the draft to deployment. Once your campaign has been deployed, your user interface will display the current status of your campaign, keeping you updated with its progress. Once your campaign is in deployment you can: View the progress of your campaign in the user interface (percentage complete). Stop a campaign (whilst in deployment) from sending any further messages. Amend a campaign whilst your campaign is on hold you can edit the message and scheduling options, then re-deploy. Reschedule a stopped campaign (stop a campaign if the response rate is overloading your call centre). Resume your stopped campaign and continue from your last point of delivery. Resuming a Failed campaign - a campaign may have failed because of a user fixable reason (no credits).
