4 Perform audits and inspections on or offline on mobile devices with our native applications: Using the Rivo mobile auditing app, audits can be completed while online & automatically synchronised with your Rivo platform. If offline, then audits can be synchronised back to the Rivo platform when a connection is available. If a connection is not available, the data is stored locally and can be synchronized next time one is available. Schedule, approve and monitor audits and inspections across teams, functions and locations: Whether scheduling planned audits for regular auditing activities or on an ad-hoc basis, you can manage all of this on a single platform in which all audit completion notifications or nonconformances are automatically created and easily tracked. Automate the workflows, notifications, escalation and approvals: Notifications of non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions to close the loop on any gaps in process that are uncovered by auditing Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Providing multi-level visibility on the nature of compliance throughout the business and supply chain by providing detailed analysis of audit results, subsequent actions and the status of resolution of those actions. Evidence supporting the findings such as related documents, video, statements from other employees and images can be uploaded and stored with the report.
