OVERVIEW WealthBriefing GCC Region Awards - 10 November 2015 2 Format 2014 saw the launch of the WealthBriefing GCC Region Awards as WealthBriefing set to spread the word about the profession s achievements to a wider audience. The awards have grown year-on-year and 2015 promises to attract in the region of 300 350 senior banking and wealth management professionals, to the awards dinner. The awards are focused around three main category groupings: experts (individuals and teams); products and services for wealth managers and clients and institutions of all sizes and types. As part of the judging panel for 2014 awards, I attended both the summit and the awards dinner. Both events were organised to an exceptionally high standard. The offered a superb opportunity to connect and converse with the wealth management community from the region but also from other parts of the globe who recognise the potential of the region. The insights shared by many conversation led to new ideas for growth. An enjoyable and inspiring day with good connections made.
