Checklists Checklists Pre-installatin Checklist CHECKLIST Have access t the Windws accunt with administrative permissin T install NiceLabel Autmatin sftware yu must have access t the user with administrative privileges. Make sure the Windws accunt used fr Autmatin Service has its prfile created Lg in with the selected Windws accunt interactively at least nce, s its prfile will be created. Make sure the Windws accunt has permissins t use netwrk drives and shared printers If yu will stre yur label templates n a netwrk drive, r will print t netwrk printers this accunt must have access t shared netwrk resurces. Disable the passwrd expiratin fr this accunt If the accunt passwrd expires, Autmatin service will nt be able t run until the passwrd is changed. If yur cmpany s security plicy disallws disabling passwrd expiratins, make a nte t update the passwrd in Autmatin service prperties, when the passwrd changes. Pst-installatin Checklist CHECKLIST Enable full access permissins t NiceLabel s System flder NiceLabel Autmatin sftware requires full access (read, write, delete) t its System flder. %PROGRAMDATA%\EurPlus\NiceLabel Autmatin This is usually nt a prblem, because flder %PROGRAMDATA% is writable t users by default. Open TCP prts in the firewall fr the triggers If yu use Windws Firewall and it is running, the exceptins are added t the list f allwed incming cnnectins. If Windws Firewall is ff, the exceptins are nt added autmatically. If yu use sme ther firewall, please cnfigure it yurself. The exceptin is cnfigured fr Autmatin service, fr all TCP cnnectins n any prt. C:\Prgram Files (x86)\eurplus\nicelabel Autmatin\bin.net\NiceLabelAutmatinService.exe NOTE: Yu have t pen prts if yu use TCP/IP, HTTP Server r Web Service triggers. Open TCP prt in the firewall fr Autmatin management (when bundled with NiceLabel Cntrl Center prduct) In rder fr Cntrl Center t access Autmatin status and list f triggers, the cmputer where Autmatin is installed has t allw inbund cnnectin t the prt 56415 TCP. If bth Autmatin and Cntrl Center run n the same server, yu dn't have t pen this prt in the firewall, cnnectin t the prt n the lcal cmputer is allwed by default. NOTE: Y u have t cmplete this step, if yu are using NiceLabel Cntrl Center prduct and have activated NiceLabel Autmatin with a license frm the Cntrl Center. D yu use Micrsft Office data files and have 64-bit Windws perating system? NiceLabel Autmatin service aut-detects the Windws and will run as 64-bit applicatin n 64-bit Windws, and it will run as 32-bit applicatin n 32-bit Windws. Yu will have t install 64-bit drivers fr Micrsft Office data files (such as Access and Excel files) s Autmatin service can cnnect t files. Fr mre infrmatin see Knwledge Base article KB262. NOTE: Autmatin Builder is 32-bit applicatin and will use 32-bit drivers. Testing the trigger in Builder will use 32-bit database drivers. When yu deply trigger, it will use 64-bit drivers. Re-save the label templates (.LBL files) t with at least NiceLabel 5.4.4 (t label versin 19) NiceLabel Autmatin might nt wrk crrectly with the label templates that have been saved with lder NiceLabel designers. The minimum sftware versin is 5.4.4, which saved the label in versin 19. 4

Supprt fr WebDAV t use files in the Dcument Strage (OPTIONAL: Only if yu use NiceLabel Cntrl Center prduct) Each machine that need t access data inside a Dcument Strage repsitry, must have the WebDAV supprt installed. Sme Windws perating systems have the WebDAV supprt already installed, fr sme yu have t add the supprt befre yu can access the data. "Installing Supprt fr WebDAV" n page 8. If yu use prxy server, exclude lcal traffic frm prxy Bypass prxy server fr lcal addresses, r Autmatin might nt get the license frm the NiceLabel Cntrl Center and access files in Dcument Strage. Installing Sftware Installing Sftware Installatin Steps Use the installatin wizard t install the labeling sftware n yur PC. T install the labeling sftware, d the fllwing: 1. Insert the prduct DVD in yur DVD drive. An installatin windw will pen autmatically. NOTE: If the installatin wizard des nt start autmatically, duble-click n START.EXE n the DVD. 2. Click n Install NiceLabel prduct. A new windw will pen, shwing all available sftware editins. 3. Click n the NiceLabel Autmatin. Fllw n-screen prmpts. 4. Select the language yu want t use during the installatin. 5. Yu have t accept the License Agreement in rder t install the sftware. 6
Installing Sftware 6. Select the flder where the applicatin will be installed t. In mst cases yu will accept the default installatin flder. Click Next, 7. Enter the Windws user accunt the Autmatin Service will run under. Make sure t use the user accunt that will have access t the printer drivers and t the label files, even when available in the netwrk shared resurces. WARNING: Avid using Lcal System Accunt fr running the Autmatin Service. This is a limited system accunt withut access t netwrk shared printers r flders. 8. Click Install. The NiceLabel Autmatin has been installed in a trial mde. T activate the exact Autmatin prduct yu have purchased, see "Activating Sftware" n page 20 Install Cmmand-line Parameters NiceLabel installer can be cntrlled with the cmmand-line parameters. NOTE: Make sure t use the upper-case syntax exactly as shwn. Mst f the parameters are used withut the leading slash, there are tw exceptins /s (fr silent install) and /l (fr lgging). There are several cmmand line switches that can be used with the installatin prgram: Parameter Descriptin /s Silent install. N dialg bxes are displayed. The installer executes in the backgrund. /l="flder_and_file_name" DISABLEANALYTICSSUPPORT Lgging the installatin prcess in the prvided file name. Make sure the user accunt perfrming the installatin has the access permissins t the flder. When this parameter is added the, the installer will disable the analytics supprt. By default, the user participates in the annymus analytics reprting. 7

Silent install NiceLabel Autmatin installatin can be started in silent mde in which the installer will nt display any messages during its prgress. Setting Destinatin Path and Disabling Desktp Icn NiceLabelAutmatin.exe /s TARGETDIR= "D:\Apps\Path t Autmatin" ICONDESKTOP=FALSE Enabling Quick Launch Shrtcut NiceLabelAutmatin.exe /s ICONQUICKLAUNCH=TRUE NOTE: All cmmand line switches are case sensitive. Yu have t enter them exactly as shwn abve (in uppercase). Installing Supprt fr WebDAV NOTE: Infrmatin frm this tpic nly applies if yu have als purchased NiceLabel Cntrl Center Pr r NiceLabel Cntrl Center Enterprise. WebDAV (Web-based Distributed Authring and Versining) is a set f extensins t HTTP prtcl. It prvides a framewrk fr users t create, change and mve dcuments n a server; typically a web server r web share. NiceLabel Cntrl Center prvides WebDAV access t the files inside the Dcument Strage. All clients that interact with the Dcument Strage must have enabled the WebDAV supprt. Usually, the "clients" are NiceLabel PwerFrms Desktp and NiceLabel Autmatin. Older Windws perating systems (such as Windws XP and Windws Server 2003). Yu must install the Micrsft Data Access Internet Publishing Prvider cmpnent. Fr mre infrmatin see Knwledge Base article KB157. Current Windws perating systems (such as Windws 7 and Windws 8/8.1). The WebDAV supprt is already installed. Windws Server perating systems (such as Windws Server 2012 R2). Yu have t enable the Desktp Experience feature. Enabling WebClient Service t "Autmatic" Startup Type Windws perating system supprts access t WebDAV shares using WebClient service. When this service is stpped users will nt be able t access WebDAV shares. In Windws Server 2003 WebClient service is disabled by default, where as in Windws XP, Vista, 7 and Windws 8 it is enabled in Manual startup mde. In Windws Server 2008/2012 (including R2) editins, default setup des nt have web client service. Yu need t install Desktp experience package t add web client service. T make sure the WebDAV supprt will always be available, set the WebClient service startup type t Autmatic. D the fllwing: 1. Press Windws key (r Ctrl + Esc) t pen the search. 2. Type in Services and run the Services windw. 3. Scrll dwn in the list and lcate the service WebClient. 8
Installing Sftware 4. Duble click WebClient t pen its prperties. 5. In Startup type cmb bx select Autmatic. 6. If the service is nt running yet, click Start buttn. 7. Click OK. 8. Clse Services windw. Installing Desktp Experience T install Desktp Experience n Windws Server perating system, d the fllwing. NOTE: These instructins are fr Windws Server 2012 R2. 1. Start Server Manager frm the Start screen. 2. Click Manage, then click Add Rles and Features. 9
Installing Sftware 3. Select Rle-based r feature-based installatin. Click Next. 4. Select a lcal server frm the server pl. Click Next. 5. The Desktp Experience feature is nt a Server Rle, s skip the Server Rles page by clicking Next. 6. In the Select Features sectin, expand User Interfaces and Infrastructure and check the Desktp Experience check bx. Prbably it will nw ask yu whether yu als want t install the features required by Desktp Experience. Click the Add Features buttn t prceed. Nw, click the Next buttn t prceed. 10
Installing Sftware 7. In the Cnfirmatin sectin, ptinally check the Restart the destinatin server autmatically if required check bx as the Desktp Experience feature will need a restart t cmplete. Yu can als manually restart the server after the wizard cmpleted. 8. Wait while the features are being installed. Yu can als clse the Add Rles and Features Wizard windw if yu want; it will cntinue in the backgrund. 11
Installing Printer Drivers Installing Printer Drivers Yu can use the labeling sftware t design and print labels t standard ffice printers, such as laser, ink jet r dt matrix, t prfessinal utput devices, such as thermal label printers r ther marking devices (inscribing laser, high-speed ink jet). Fr any printer yu have, yu first have t install the apprpriate printer driver befre yu can use it. NiceLabel sftware is accmpanied with the printer drivers all majr thermal printer brands. Printer Driver Installatin Using the Printer Installatin Wizard 1. Put the NiceLabel DVD in yur DVD-ROM drive. The main installatin applicatin will start autmatically. NOTE: If the installatin wizard des nt start autmatically, duble-click n START.EXE n the DVD. 2. Click n Install NiceLabel Printer Drivers. The printer installatin wizard will start. Fllw n-screen instructins. 3. Select yur printer frm the list. Click the Next buttn. 4. Select the prt where yu have cnnected yur printer. 5. If the printer requires a dedicated bidirectinal prt mnitr, click the Prt buttn and fllw n-screen instructins. NOTE: Using the NiceLabel-prvided prt mnitr (Advanced Prt Mnitr) is mandatry fr netwrkcnnected label printers, if yu want t enable bidirectinal cmmunicatin with the printer (fr printer and print jb statuses). 12

NOTE: If yu have dwnladed the installatin fr NiceLabel printer drivers frm the prduct web site, run the dwnladed executable file and fllw n-screen instructins. Printer Driver Installatin Using the Windws Add Printer Wizard 1. In Cntrl Panel, select View devices and printers t pen Devices and printers. 2. Click Add a printer. 3. Fllw the Add Printer Wizard prmpts. The actual steps vary depending n the versin f yur Windws perating system. 4. If yu are installing printer driver frm sme print server all necessary files will be available n that server. 5. If yu are installing printer driver fr lcal r netwrk stand-alne printer, yu will have t select the printer driver yurself. D the fllwing: 13
Installing Printer Drivers 1. Click n Have disk buttn in the step where yu can select printer manufacturer and mdel. 2. Put the NiceLabel DVD in yur DVD-ROM drive and brwse t the flder Drivers. 3. Select the flder f yur printer name. Yu will see the list f all available printer mdels f the selected manufacturer. 4. Select yur mdel, click Next and finish the installatin. NOTE: If yu have dwnladed the NiceLabel printer drivers frm the Web site and extracted them t disk, yu can brwse fr the files in c:\nicelabel Printer Drivers. Cntrlling the Printer Installatin Wizard (PRNINST.EXE) in the Cmmand Prmpt Yu can autmate the NiceLabel printer driver installatin prcess hiding all dialg bxed. Installatin int Cluster Envirnment Installatin int Cluster Envirnment Failver (High-availability) Cluster A failver cluster is a grup f independent cmputers that wrk tgether t increase the availability and scalability f clustered rles (frmerly called clustered applicatins and services). The clustered servers (called ndes) are cnnected by physical cables and by sftware. If ne r mre f the cluster ndes fail, ther ndes begin t prvide service (a prcess knwn as failver). In additin, the clustered rles are practively mnitred t verify that they are wrking prperly. If they are nt wrking, they are restarted r mved t anther nde. With the Failver Clustering feature, users experience a minimum f disruptins in service. The Enterprise editin f NiceLabel Autmatin supprts failver (r high-availability) clusters. T set up NiceLabel Autmatin in such envirnment, d the fllwing: 1. Install and activate NiceLabel Autmatin n each clustered server (nde). 2. Set up Failver Clustering feature in Windws Server. Nte that clustering is nt available in all editins f Windws Server. 3. Enable failver cluster supprt in NiceLabel Autmatin Cnfiguratin and define a flder where files, needed by NiceLabel Autmatin t supprt failver cluster, are cpied t. This flder shuld be n a server that all cluster ndes can access and NiceLabel Autmatin has full access t it. Yu can find the settings under the Cluster Supprt categry. NOTE: The list f currently laded cnfiguratins and trigger states (enabled/disabled) will be stred in this flder. 15
Installatin int Cluster Envirnment 4. Set NiceLabel Autmatin Prxy Service and NiceLabel Autmatin Service startup type t manual. 5. Set the start parameter fr NiceLabel Autmatin Service t cnfiguratin file that will be run when the service starts. Cnfiguratin files shuld be stred in a lcatin that is accessible by all ndes. 16
Installatin int Cluster Envirnment 6. Cnfigure the cluster t start NiceLabel Autmatin n the backup nde, when the main server becmes unrespnsive. Lad-balancing Cluster Lad balancing is a cmputer netwrking methd t distribute wrklad acrss multiple cmputers r a cmputer cluster, netwrk links, central prcessing units, disk drives, r ther resurces, t achieve ptimal resurce utilizatin, maximize thrughput, minimize respnse time, and avid verlad. Using multiple cmpnents with lad balancing, instead f a single cmpnent, may increase reliability thrugh redundancy. Netwrk Lad Balancing clusters prvide scalability and high availability fr TCP-based services and applicatins by cmbining several servers int a single cluster. By using Netwrk Lad Balancing feature f Windws Server t build a grup f clned, r identical, clustered cmputers, yu can enhance the availability f these servers. When the lad balancer receives a request frm the client, ne f the servers in the grup prcesses the request. Every server is capable f handling the request independently. If any server is unavailable due t errr r maintenance, ther servers can still serve requests withut being affected. In NiceLabel Autmatin, all TCP-based triggers can take advantage f the lad balancing. This includes TCP/IP Server Trigger, HTTP Server Trigger and Web Service Trigger. 17
Installatin int Cluster Envirnment There are n special settings in NiceLabel Autmatin t supprt lad-balanced cluster. When yu have all the hardware and cluster cnfiguratin in place, yu need t install NiceLabel Autmatin n all servers in the cluster and then lad the same cnfiguratin file in all instances. 18
Installing Upgrades Installing Upgrades In the sftware upgrade yu upgrade an lder versin with the newer versin. During the upgrade the prgram cmpnents are upgraded, but all user data files and activatin infrmatin remain intact. D the fllwing: 1. On the cmputer with NiceLabel Autmatin installed, clse Autmatin Builder and Autmatin Manager. If yu have any ther NiceLabel sftware running, such as NiceLabel designer, clse it as well. 2. Start the installatin f the new versin. 3. The installer f a new versin will detect the ld versin. It will remve it (keeping all necessary data) and install a new versin in the same flder, replacing the ld ne. 4. Fllw the prmpts. 5. The new versin will re-use the license frm the ld versin. NOTE: During the upgrade the lg database will be emptied. 19
Activating Sftware Activating Sftware Yu must activate NiceLabel Autmatin sftware t enable prcessing f the cnfigured triggers. The activatin prcedure requires the Internet cnnectin, preferably n the machine where yur are installing the sftware. The same activatin prcedure is used t activate the trial license key. Yu can activate the sftware either frm Autmatin Builder r Autmatin Manager and achieve the same effect. Activating a Stand-alne License In this case yu have NiceLabel Autmatin Enterprise, NiceLabel Autmatin Pr r NiceLabel Autmatin Easy license that yu want t activate directly in the NiceLabel Autmatin sftware. T activate the NiceLabel Autmatin sftware, d the fllwing: 1. Run Autmatin Builder. Select File>Tls>Manage License. r Run Autmatin Manager. G t Abut tab. Click Enter License Key. 2. In Manage license dialg bx, select Single user Sftware Key. Click Next. 3. In Manage license dialg bx, enter the user infrmatin and the Key number. 20

In this case yu have NiceLabel Autmatin Enterprise r NiceLabel Autmatin Pr license that yu will activate in the Cntrl Center. When linking yur NiceLabel Autmatin prduct t the Cntrl Center yu receive many benefits, including access t the centralized repsitry f labeling files in the Dcument Strage, access f cnslidate histry f all printing events and management f remte printer queues. NOTE: Prir purchase f NiceLabel Cntrl Center Enterprise r NiceLabel Cntrl Center Pr prduct is necessary. NOTE: Yu cannt activate NiceLabel Autmatin Easy license in the Cntrl Center. If there is a free license available in the licensing server, NiceLabel Autmatin will be activated. The Autmatin will be cnfigured t send all details abut print events int the Cntrl Center database. NOTE: These settings can be cnfigured in the NiceLabel Autmatin Cnfiguratin. 5. In Manage license dialg bx,the infrmatin abut the btained license is displayed. 23

Yu can install NiceLabel Autmatin n the server withut the Internet cnnectin, but yu will still need t have the Internet cnnectin n sme ther machine, where the activatin prcedure will be cmpleted. D the fllwing: 1. Fllw the nrmal activatin prcedure fr either Stand-alne r Cntrl Center license. Enter the license key, the registratin number will be generated. 2. In Manage License dialg bx, click the buttn Save data. 3. Select the flder, where yu want t save the activatin details, such as Key Number, Registratin Number, and URL f the web page activatin. The suggested flder is NiceLabel Autmatin System flder, but yu can select any ther flder. 28

NiceLabel Autmatin Service 1.0.5 desn't start n Windws 8 and Windws Server 2012 Yu have successfully installed NiceLabel Autmatin n yur Windws 8 r Windws Server 2012 machine, but the services NiceLabel Autmatin Service and NiceLabel Autmatin Prxy Service failed t start. If yu manually try t start the service in the Services cnsle, yu might receive the errr message "Errr 1053: The service did nt respnd t the start r cntrl request in a timely fashin". NiceLabel Autmatin prducts are nt 100% cmpatible with NiceWatch (Enterprise) V5 and label designers V6 Fr example, there are sme label design features that yu can use inside label designer, but yu cannt use in Autmatin (in the current versin). Set Printer actin fails when cnnected t the server using Remte Desktp Cnnectin By default, when yu make a Remte Desktp Cnnectin t the remte cmputer the applicatin will make lcal client printer drivers available in the remte sessin. If yu try t use such frwarded printer fr printing, Autmatin will fail with the errr message "MergeDevMde fr <printername> failed". T prevent this errr frm happening, d any f the fllwing: Disable frwarding f lcal printer drivers in the Remte Desktp Cnnectin applicatin. Make sure the printer driver required by the label is installed n the target cmputer. Use the Set Printer actin in frnt f the Print Label actin t ensure usage f the crrect printer. NiceLabel Autmatin Builder and NiceLabel Autmatin Service run under different user names, which can make the testing difficult NiceLabel Autmatin Service runs with credentials f the user name specified fr the service. Autmatin Builder runs with credentials f the currently lgged-in user. This makes testing difficult as different users might have different permissins n the system. NOTE: The NiceLabel Autmatin Builder is capable f accessing the netwrk shared files while yu are building a cnfiguratin, while the NiceLabel Autmatin Service might nt be, because it runs under user accunt with different security permissins. Yu culd temprarily run the NiceLabel Autmatin Builder under the same accunt as Service using Windws cmmand-line utility runas. Fr mre infrmatin see NiceLabel Autmatin help tpic Using The Same User Accunt T Cnfigure And T Run Triggers. Inbund cnnectin t NiceLabel Autmatin Service is allwed in the firewall, but the TCP trigger data des nt cme thrugh The NiceLabel Autmatin service desn't pen the TCP scket with the prcess id (PID) under which the service runs, but with the PID 4, which belngs t SYSTEM prcess. When yu want t allw inbund cnnectin t the defined TCP scket, the firewall rules defined fr NiceLabel Autmatin Service have n influence as the prt was pened by anther prcess (SYSTEM vs NiceLabel Autmatin Service). The cnnectin t the prt is denied because TCP scket is nt gverned by Autmatin Service, but by SYSTEM prcess. Yu can use the cmmand-line utility NETSTAT t find ut which applicatin / prcess is bund t a particular prt. Use the fllwing syntax: netstat.exe -an In this case, yu will have t add an explicit rule in the firewall t allw inbund cnnectin t the specific TCP prt and nt rely n the existing rule which allws all cnnectins t the prts gverned by NiceLabel Autmatin Service prcess. Triggers d nt run. Yu might see errr message "Culd nt find a part f the path". While running NiceLabel Autmatin keeps a track f trigger activities partly in the temprary flder TriggerData inside the service user's %temp% flder. If yu remve this flder while the triggers have been laded and are active, the NiceLabel Autmatin activity might be disrupted. In this case, yu might see the errr messages abut "Culd nt find a part f the path" in the NiceLabel Autmatin Manager r returned as feedback frm the trigger. T restre the NiceLabel Autmatin Service functinality, relad all laded cnfiguratins (recmmended) r restart the NiceLabel Autmatin Service. This flder might als be deleted by the cmputer-cleaning and ptimizatin sftware, such as CCleaner. Make sure t exclude the flder %temp%\triggerdata frm cleaning, NOTE: The %temp% in this case refers t the temprary flder f the user accunt that is defined fr NiceLabel Autmatin Service. That might nt be the currently lgged-in user. The changes in default flders dne in the NiceLabel Autmatin Cnfiguratin are nt applied t the NiceLabel Autmatin Service 34

If yu run NiceLabel Autmatin Cnfiguratin as sme ther user, yu will change NiceLabel Autmatin defaults fr that ther user. Yu must run the NiceLabel Autmatin Cnfiguratin with the credentials f the user accunt that yur NiceLabel Autmatin Service runs under. Yu can use the cmmand-line utility RUNAS t run Autmatin Cnfiguratin as the user accunt frm the Autmatin Service. runas "c:\prgram Files (x86)\eurplus\nicelabel Autmatin\bin\ncnf6.exe" When things g wrng Things can g wrng when using NiceLabel Autmatin. The fault might be caused by the prvided data (fr example: the prvided label is nt fund, r wrng data was prvided fr barcdes), r because f the prblems in the sftware. Places t verify fr mre details: 1. Autmatin Manager Lg. Autmatin Manager prvides a detailed lg f the activities that are happening in NiceLabel Autmatin and shuld be the first thing yu check when things are nt ging as yu expected them t. Frm the lg yu can see when triggers were started, stpped r executed, which actins were executed and when, alng with actin details like ID (very useful fr finding the prblematic actin in Autmatin Builder) and descriptin. 2. Use Save Variable Data and Message Actins. When yu have prblems with variable values nt being printed crrectly r nt being printed at all, yu can use Save Variable Data and Message actins t help yu determine what the cause is. Cnfigure Save Variable Data actin s that it will save nly the variable yu have prblems with, r are used in actins that d nt wrk as yu expected them t. Message actin als allws yu t add an entry t the Autmatin Manager lg with the value f variable. By adding ne f these tw actins befre the Print Label actin, yu will see if the crrect values are being printed. 3. Event Lg. Smetimes an errr happens that the authrs f NiceLabel Autmatin did nt expect. In such situatins the errr is saved in the Windws Event Lg. Yu can view these lgs by pening Event Viewer. NiceLabel Autmatin lgs can be fund in the Applicatin sectin under the Windws Lgs. 4. Tracing lgs. When yu enable tracing in Autmatin sftware all internal cmmands and activities are lgged t text file. Yu will enable the tracing mde, if instructed s by the Technical Supprt Team. Fr mre infrmatin see tpic Tracing Mde in Autmatin help. Cntrlling the Service frm the Cmmand Prmpt When NiceLabel Autmatin is installed, tw services will start autmatically with Windws System: NiceLabel Autmatin Service. This is the main engine f the prduct and des mst f the wrk. It runs triggers, extracts data using filters and executes actins. This service aut-identifies the Windws bitness and runs in the same level. The service will run in x64 mde n Windws x64 and it will run in x86 mde n Windws x86. NiceLabel Autmatin Prxy Service. This service is used primarily fr cmmunicatin between x64 and x86 cmpnents that are part f the NiceLabel Autmatin prduct. Fr example, this service will execute VBScript cde that is nt supprted n x64 platfrms. NOTE: Make sure yu are running Cmmand Prmpt in the elevated mde (with administrative permissins). Rightclick cmd.exe and the select Run as Administratr.
