PRICING, HOW TO This section details the common pricing scenarios for the following: Receptionist Call Centre SIP Trunking Fax to Email Messaging Receptionist: Receptionist pricing should include a license and client s/w to enable full call control and user presence information. The client s/w should be selected based on the number of users the receptionist needs to monitor. Refer to the pricing section for the product and associated number of users that can be monitored. Call Centre: Call Centre pricing should include the following: User license for required features Mandatory e.g. office, office plus Queue license per user Mandatory. Please refer to feature matrix for details of Queue features required Supervisor software client license Mandatory for extracting reports and displaying wall board statistics Agent software client license Optional for Polycom & Cisco phones as these have the ability to sign agents in & out of queues. Mandatory for other phone types should agent sign in/out required. SIP Trunking: SIP Trunking should include the following: SIP Trunking Group per site SIP Trunking calls quantity determined by number of concurrent calls required per site SIP Trunking User License per user behind a PBX. There are 3 user licenses that can purchased SIP Trunking Standard SIP Trunking DR SIP Trunking Plus The above user licenses can be selected on a per user basis depending on the features required for each user. Some important users may require the DR function in order for their extension/ddi to be reachable in the event their endpoint is not available. Some users may require additional features that cannot be provided by the existing PBX e.g. Sim. ring or remote Office. BroadWorks Assistant - Enterprise is a toolbar for Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer that enables users to perform basic call control, and configure commonly used services.
