The sealed cover enclosing the quotation should be super-scribed as Quotation for Asset Management System due on 11 th December, 2013. The sealed quotation, addressed to the Dy.Director (EDP), Spices Board, Sugandha Bhavan, N.H. By Pass, Palarivattom, Cochin-25 should reach the EDP Department of the board on or before 5.30 pm on 11 th December, 2013. Late, incomplete quotations will not be entertained. I. Terms and Conditions 1. The software shall be provided in SAAS model. 2. Technical bid and financial bid shall be submitted in separate sealed covers. 3. Financial bid has to be submitted in the format given. 4. The project shall be a customization of an already existing software solution. It shall not be a complete application development. 5. Time of implementation of the project shall be specified. 6. Once the quotations are received, the selected bidders shall make a presentation of the existing similar software system to the Board in detail. The bidder(s) will be short listed based on the requirements and functionalities of the existing software and the time of implementation. 7. Financial bids of the selected bidder(s) as per the process above will be opened and processed for evaluation. 8. Payment will be released once the user acceptance testing is successfully completed. 9. Proposal shall include documents to prove experience, service support and technical competence in doing similar work and contact details of existing clients. 10. The quotations which are incomplete in terms of scope, items or specifications or required details will not be considered and such tenders are liable to be rejected forthwith 11. The bidder should have supplied and implemented the Asset Management System at least in three reputed organizations and submit the proof there 12. Spices Board has the right to accept or reject any quotations without assigning any reason. 13. The selected vendor should install the software in our server and complete the upload of the details of the existing asset of the Spices Board, Cochin 14. The vendor should give sufficient training to the officials on use of the software, scanning the image, use of barcode scanner, barcode printer, updating of the new assets, management of the assets, asset auditing etc. 15. There is no separate tender document. This enquiry notice can be downloaded from Board s website at http:// www.indianspices.com or www.eprocure.gov.in for tender submission. 16. The offer shall include delivery and installation time, validity of quotation, warranty period. 17. Offers which are incomplete in terms of scope, items or specifications or required details will not be considered and such tenders are liable to be rejected forthwith.
