Your role will be to develop and deliver market specific CRM plans to help build the relationship between the University and its prospective students, ensuring delivery through integration within sector specific marketing plans. Working with CRM colleagues across the directorate you will champion CRM within the University, providing specialist advice and support as required. You should have experience of delivering marketing strategy in a B2C environment, together with specialist experience of developing CRM. Your solid working knowledge of CRM systems and experience of project management and implementation will ensure you have the confidence to work and plan strategically across the University. They will provide marketing CRM expertise for the irectorate of Corporate Affairs in support of the irectorate and Faculty business plans and objectives, ensuring delivery through the integration within marketing plans. They will also be responsible for embedding University-wide marketing CRM activity across all student-facing market segments, impacting positively on student acquisition and retention in relation to recruitment targets. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the development, delivery and evaluation of integrated and personalised marketing CRM plans, including customer journeys and contact strategies, across all student market segments. Project manage a team of staff involved in the delivery of CRM communications across the University in the effective delivery and evaluation of the marketing CRM plan Line management of staff employed to directly support the role holder To contribute to the development of the University's marketing CRM strategy as part of the overall marketing and recruitment strategy.
