ADVERTISING OPTIONS E-blast Advertisement Options Weekly E-blast emails are sent to over 1,400 Chamber members and affiliates through Constant Contact with an average of 40% open rate each week. We are now offering the opportunity for you to advertise to our e-readers. Banner Ads Size: 670 x 103 pixels Cost: $75 per week or $125 for two weeks Sidebar Ads Size: 125 x 125 pixels Cost: $50 per week Please note that all files for Banner and Sidebar ads must be submitted to Lara at lara@harfordchamber.org in JPG format by Thursday of each week. Files may be resized to fit within the E-blast template. Ads appear on a weekly basis (E-blasts are sent out every Tuesday) in the order they are received. Online Advertisement Options Homepage Ads Size: 145 pixels x 125 pixels Cost: $120 per month or $1,200 per year Please note that all files must be submitted to Lara at lara@harfordchamber.org in JPG format. Monthly ads must be received by the 15th of the month to be advertised in the next month. Files may be resized to fit within the website template. Include the destination URL for your ad. Event or Directory Page Ads Size: 300 pixels x 250 pixels Cost per page: $150 per month or $1,600 per year Please note that all files must be submitted to Lara at lara@harfordchamber.org in JPG format. Monthly ads must be received by the 15th of the month to be advertised in the next month. Files may be resized to fit within the website template. Include the destination URL for your ad.

Standard Listing A Standard Listing for your Business Profile is included in the price of membership. This default listing type will remain active for the duration of membership. It will be displayed via the online directory for Chamber members as well as the printed annual directory that circulates to over 1,000 local businesses. Includes: Organization Name Primary Address Work/Fax Numbers Website URL Map Link Member Since Date Upgraded Listing An Upgraded Listing for your Business Profile is $150 per year. This listing type is specialized and will remain active for one year. You may renew this listing every year that you are a member. It will be displayed via the online directory for Chamber members as well as the printed annual directory that circulates to over 1,000 local businesses. Includes: Organization Name Primary Address Work/Fax Numbers Website URL Map Link Member Since Date Organization Logo Long Description Photos Embedded Video Products/Services Mailing Information for Members Need a list of all the mailing information for every member at the Harford County Chamber of Commerce? This information can be obtained by contacting Angela Rose (angela@harfordchamber.org). Format: Pre-printed mailing labels or an Excel file on a CD. Cost: $150

FREE ADVERTISING SERVICES Member-to-Member Coupons Membership has its benefits! Gain customers by featuring special offers for your business on the Chamber website. After you post your coupon, it will be listed under our Member Offers section within the Member Portal as well as connected to your online directory listing. Please note: Your special offer must be at least 10% off the regular customer price. Calendar Event Listings As a Chamber member, you may choose to submit an event to be added to our Community Calendar. This calendar is viewable by anyone who visits the Chamber s website. Once you submit the event information via the Member Portal, an email notification will be sent to Lara Wilkinson, the Chamber s Marketing and Communications Manager. She will approve the event and it will immediately be listed on the website.

BOARD ROOM RENTALS Board Room Specifications As a Chamber member, you have the opportunity for exclusive access to the Chamber s Board Room. The room offers table style seating for up to 30 people and is available for rental Monday thru Friday from 9:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. unless another meeting has already been scheduled for the time slot requested. 1/2 Day Rentals Length of time: Up to 4 hours Price: $75 Member / $125 Non-Member Full Day Rentals Length of time: 4-8 hours Price: $150 Member / $200 Non-Member Also included are the following: Parking Coffee/Tea/Water service Bathroom facilities Private room to make your meeting discreet Wi-Fi access White Board Flat screen television for presentations (laptop hookup capabilities) DVD player
