PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA Annexure-I Page: 1/2 The Contractors will be evaluated on the basis of following Pre-qualification criteria:- 1.0 The Contractor should have satisfactorily executed similar works during the last 07 years ending 31.01.2015. For this purpose, cost of work shall mean gross value of executed work, including the cost of materials supplied by the client. 1.1 The similar works mean: - Civil Construction Work including supply of building materials, and labours. 2.0 Financial Criteria 2.1 The Contractor should have experience of having satisfactorily completed similar works during last 07 years should be either of the following: No. of similar work completed Category-1 Category-2 For 50Nos. of Toilets Cost of Work (Rs.) For 100 Nos. of Toilets Cost of Work (Rs.) One similar completed work costing value 42.07 Lakhs. 84.14 Lakhs. Two similar completed work costing value 26.30 Lakhs 52.59 Lakhs. Three similar completed work costing value 21.03 Lakhs 42.06 Lakhs. The Contractor should have average annual financial turnover of value during last three years ending 31 st March 2014. 15,78 Lakhs 31.55 Lakhs Note: In support of above pre-qualification criteria the contractor should attach the following document: Copy of Work Order for similar work from any Govt. Agency of State or Central. Copy of completion certificate in case of completed work from client or Payment Certificate in case of ongoing work. Audited Financial Statement (Balance Sheet and Profit &Loss Account) for the last three years ending 31.03.2014 OR Certificate from a Chartered Account indicating the financial turnover during the last three years ending 31.03.2014 Besides this the Contractor is also required to fill-up Annexure-I(A) enclosed. Application money for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) shall be submitted by way of Demand Draft/ Banker s Cheque only drawn on any Scheduled/ Nationalized Bank in favour of Projects & Development India Ltd.payable at Noida.
