Bidders are requested to submit a signed copy of this corrigendum with Bid Submission.

3 Addenda :- A. The following Addenda are to be read, as mentioned below at Page no.24, at Point no 5.6 in the Section Proposal Security i.e. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) : Proposal Security i.e. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 8,00,000 (Rs. Eight Lacs only). B. The following Addenda are to be read, as mentioned below at Page no. 5, in the Section Eligibility Criteria : Sr. No. Eligibility Criteria Document Required 1 The bidder should be a company registered under the Companies Act, Bidder should be operating in India for at least 5 years. Bidder shall be wholly and severely liable for the project and shall be single point of contact for this project. 2 The bidder should have relevant ISO 9001:2000 certification for the enterprise-wide business 3 The bidder should have executed at least one Project in Government with any State / Central Government (s), PSU, or Department of Police in India during the last three (3) years for an order value of not less than Rs. 2 crore for (1) Police Control Room or similar type of control room Modernization Project with GIS and GPS based Automatic Vehicle Tracking System (AVTS), or (2) Computer Aided Dispatch System, 4 The bidder should have (1)positive net worth with a (2) turnover of more than Rs. 10 crore for over last three Financial Years before the ending on for IT related activity. 5 The bidder should furnish, as part of its proposal, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of the Rs..8,00,000/- (Rs Eight Lakhs only) Certificate of incorporation and Self Certification of being in business for the last 5 years should be attached. Valid ISO certificate needs to be attached. Copy of work order / client s certificates. Copy of the audited profit and loss account of the company showing turnover of the company for last three years. Attach original Bank Draft. The EMD should be in the form of a Demand Draft issued by a Nationalized / Scheduled Bank, in favour of Superintendent of Police Raipur District, CG, payable at

4 Sr. No. Eligibility Criteria Document Required Raipur. 6 The Bidder shall not be under a Declaration of Ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices or blacklisted with any of the Government agencies. 7 The bidder should submit valid authorization letter from each of the OEMs of Hardware, System Software, and Application Software confirming following: Self Declaration in this regard by the authorized signatory of the bidder OEM s confirmatory letters to be enclosed Authorization for bidder Confirm that the products meet the technical & functional requirements & Products quoted are latest version / specification and not the end of life OEM Undertake that the support including spares, updates, patches, security patches, fixes, bug fixes, for the quoted products shall be available for minimum 5 years 8 The bidder should have presence in the state. However, if the local presence is not there in the state, the selected bidder should give an undertaking for arranging for the same within one months of award of the contract. 9 The bidder should, for SLA based onsite comprehensive warranty for the software solution, produce documentary evidence from OEM of having agreed to provide backto-back warranty and Technical Support for its supplied products and related services on the terms agreed between the parties. 10 Software solution provider / OEM should be in (1) Police Control Room or similar type of control room Modernization with GIS and GPS based Automatic Vehicle Tracking System (AVTS), or (2) Computer Aided Dispatch System, business for minimum of 05 years. 11 The bidder or its OEM for proposed software / hardware should have at least 2 reference sites in India and at least one site should be in Govt / State Government / PSU / Police. E. The following Addenda are to be read, as mentioned below at Page no. 135 in the Section 8 port Switch and Pole: : Description Compliance 8 port Switch and Pole is not required under this Tender. F. Consortium Bidding will not be allowed in this Tender, therefore all clauses referring to the same should be treated as null and void. G.
