References 1) If the customer has a valid Sonera Coporate Agreement upon the conclusion of an Agreement for Small Companies, Sonera replaces all the customer s subscriptions with My Sonera for Companies subscriptions, unless Sonera and the customer have agreed to include some other subscription type in the Agreement for Small Companies. 2) Invoiced according to the lowest call rate available to the customer. 3) Some terminal devices allow you to write and send text messages of over 160 characters. The change of price tier does not affect the rate applied to preceeding messages. If the invoicing method selected for messages sent to a short number is Sonera Mobile Message invoicing and messages are sent from abroad, the messages sent from abroad are subject not only to a message charge of the Sonera Mobile Message service but also to a text message charge of the operator selected by the customer in accordance with the said operator s invoicing bases and Sonera s subscription price list. 22) The delivery of the Company Terminal service includes access rights for ten people. 23) The set-up charge for a data call in a Control subscription is 0.09/call (VAT 0%) and it is collected when the call has lasted 30 seconds. 24) The monthly charge for the service includes the number of location determinations specified for the category. The total number of location determinations comprises both the location determinations made from the service and those made from mobile phones. The monthly charge includes both network-based location determinations and GPS positionings. The monthly charge is service-specific, not subscription-specific. 25) No discounts according to the Agreement for Small Companies and the Corporate Agreement are given on text messages sent from the service to mobile phones or on the monthly charge of the service. Discounts according to the Agreement for Small Companies and the Corporate Agreement are, however, given on text messages sent from mobile phones to the coordinator at a short number of the service.
