This solution saves costs within intra-company communication and offers other functionalities within this service. 2) Free units cannot be applied to these services. PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) - digital branch exchange or software exchange with fixed connection to the T-Mobile network exchange. This price list is valid when the Contract for the Establishment and Provision of Services is concluded within the Corporate Solution. Time zone: peak: 8:00 19:00; off peak: 19:00 8:00, weekends and state holidays. The T-Mobile Direct tariff is relevant for mobile numbers, the T-Mobile Direct Fix for fixed numbers. The price for dial data access (CSD data) is charged in the amount corresponding to the price for calling to the given location. 12 Notes Amounts charged without VAT are always used for the purposes of minimum commitment of the Contract on Establishment and Provision of the Corporate Solution. The following items shall not be counted for the minimum commitment, even though they were charged by TMCZ in the Service Bill: Audio-text services Audio-text services - private Donor SMS m-payment (Aral, Coca-Cola...) If TMCZ provided a discount to the Contractual Partner from subscribed electronic communication services, the total bill amount after the deduction of this discount must never be less than 25 CZK (including VAT). If this condition would not be met, the discount shall not be provided in the agreed amount in the given period and the remaining amount of the claim will be automatically transferred to the nearest possible bill. The activation fee for individual services shall be covered by one-time payment in the first regular monthly bill, or alternatively in the bill following the activation of a new service. In accordance with the billing conditions of individual services stated in the Price list of services within the Corporate Solution, TMCZ shall issue either one or more invoices - tax documents to the Contractual Partner within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the end of the billing period and shall send them to the contact address of the Contractual partner stated in the Contract. The price is considered paid upon its crediting to the bank account of TMCZ. Contract referred to in this Price list means the Subscription Contract, unless specified otherwise. VAT rate referred to in this Price list is 21 %. T-Mobile network refers to the mobile network for electronic communication operated by T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. in the Czech Republic, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Services directed to the Fixed network of T-Mobile (part of the network of České Radiokomunikace a.s., which was purchased on 1st December 2009 by T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s.) are charged as services to the Fixed network in Czech Republic destination, unless explicitly stated otherwise. For the purposes of the traffic of individual subscribers, T-Mobile network traffic means only the traffic between the subscribers of T-Mobile brand. Notes 12/11
