3 1 About this section (a) This is Section 2 of the standard pricing table in the Jeenee Mobile Digital Service. (b) This section contains the pricing plans that we currently offer to new consumer customers. (c) If you cannot find the name of your pricing plan in this section, you should refer to Section 3 of this standard pricing table as it contains pricing plans that we do not currently offer to new customers, they are old pricing plans which will only be offered to a new customers as a special. You can also call us for more information. (d) You may also need to refer to the following: (i) Section 1 of this standard pricing table for general information on the calculation of charges for use of the service and other call charges not covered by your pricing plan, (ii) The Value Added Service Features Appendix for the description and charges the range of value added service features available with the service. (e) The meaning of the words printed like this is explained either in the service description or in the consumer terms. 2. Jeenee Mobile $15 Text SIM plan (May 2015), effective from May 2015 This section relates to the following plans: $15 Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plan (May 2015) 2.1. Eligibility The Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plan (May 2015) (hereafter Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plan ) is only available to approved new and existing mobile customers connecting to the service. You must pass the Jeenee Mobile credit assessment and be accepted by us Minimum Term This plan is a month-to-month plan. You can leave at any stage providing you have given one-month notice Blocking access to a number In addition to what is stated in clause 11 of the service description ( Access Restrictions ), we may block access to a number (other than an emergency service number) if we reasonably require this to be done for technical, operational or commercial reasons What you have to pay us (a) Subject to paragraphs (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), and (h) below you must pay us for use of the service at the rates set out in Section 1 of this standard pricing table and for value added service features at the rates set out in Value Added Service Features Appendix. (b) If there is a flagfall or call connection charge for a particular call type, the charge for these calls is the flagfall charge plus the relevant rate for the call multiplied by the duration of the call. (c) Establishment Fee (i) You must pay an Establishment Fee of $10 for each Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plan. For additional services added to an existing account, the Establishment fee is $10 for each additional service. (d) Minimum Monthly Charge (i) Each Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plan has a Minimum Monthly Charge amount that you must pay us each month as set out in Table 1C below. (e) Value (i) For each of the Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plans, you will receive an amount of Value to use within Australia. Jeenee Mobile Standard Pricing Table Section 2 Page 3 of 33
4 (ii) The amount of the Value for each Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plan is set out in Table 1C below. (iii) The types of usage that can be used as part of your Value are set out in Table 1A below. (iv) You must pay us for usage in excess of the available Value. (v) You must pay for any usage that is not part of your Value. (vi) Any unused portion of the Value expires at the end of each month. This means that it does not roll over into the following month. (f) Voice (i) The Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plans do not include any voice allowance in the plan. You will not have any access to any Voice services as part of this plan. (g) Mobile Internet Data (i) For each of the Jeenee Mobile TEXT SIM Plans, you will receive an amount of Mobile Internet Data ( Data ) to use within Australia. (ii) The amount of the Data for each Jeenee Mobile Text SIM is set out in Table 1C below. (iii) Usage that counts towards your Data is set out in Table 1B below. (iv) You must pay us excess data usage charges for data usage that exceeds the available Data. (v) Any unused portion of the Data expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not roll over into the following billing cycle. (vi) Data used while roaming internationally is not part of Data. This service is NOT offered by Jeenee Mobile. (h) standard national SMS on Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plans (i) You may send unlimited standard SMS per month to Australian mobiles from within Australia on the Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plans: (A) $15 Jeenee Mobile Text SIM Plan (May 2015) (ii) These unlimited included SMS excludes Satellite, International, Premium, Group and SMS. (iii) The Jeenee Mobile Fair Use Policy applies. These unlimited standard national SMS are only available for personal use and is not to be used for a commercial or non-ordinary purpose. For further details refer to Jeenee Mobile Fair Use Policy. (a) These plans are month-to-month and as such there is no minimum term. If the service is cancelled, you will be required to pay us the minimum monthly charge plus any usage charges that are in excess of any standard included values for the particular plan incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date. 3. Jeenee Mobile $15 Light SIM plan (May 2015), effective from May, 2015 This section relates to the following plans: $15 Jeenee Mobile Light SIM Plan (May 2015) 3.1 Eligibility The Jeenee Mobile Light SIM Plans (May 2015) (hereafter Jeenee Mobile Light SIM Plans ) are only available to approved new and existing mobile customers connecting to the service. (a) The service is cancelled before the expiry of the minimum term, you will be required to pay us: (i) any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date; plus (ii) the cancellation fee set out in paragraph (b) or (c) below (unless under clause 2A of the consumer terms, you are entitled to cancel the service without incurring a cancellation fee); plus (b) The cancellation fee for a 24-month fixed-length agreement is calculated as the maximum cancellation fee applicable to your Jeenee Mobile LIGHT SIM 24-Month Plan (as indicated in the table below) if the service is cancelled during the first 12 months of the minimum term, and then a reduction of that amount by intervals if the service is cancelled during the last 12 months of the minimum term.
