1 Blue s Enterprise 4 architecture 1.1 Abut Blue s Enterprise 4 Blue's Enterprise 4 is a telephne accunting and reprting sftware. It installs n a server frm which, dialguing with the phne system, dwnlads telephne calls lgs, stres and them in a text file and interprets them by imprting int a database, then calculates the csts. Blue's Enterprise 4 uses the Micrsft SQL Server database t stre the phne call lgs data, thus ensuring maximum safety and perfrmance even in the case f files with millins f phne calls. Once interpreted, data can rewrked, accrding t different perspectives f analysis and displayed in the frm f reprts via a Web interface frm any cmputer cnnected t the cmpany s intranet. Blue's Enterprise 4 is als able t e-mail bth reprts and the alarm ntificatin when smething unwanted happens at set time intervals. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 7 f 48
1.2 Cmpnents Blue's Enterprise 4 is made up f fur different cmpnents that allw, in their entirety, t cmmunicate with the phne system, t dcument and analyze the traffic: Service Hst: is the cmpnent that manages the executin f ther cmpnents f the prgram; Recrder: is the cmpnent that cmmunicates with the PBX phne t interpret the data upladed frm the switchbard n the server and stres them in a text file Miner is the Blue s Enterprise 4 cmpnent that interprets the txt file generated by the Recrder and imprts the prcessed data int the database calculating the csts and assciating the registry data and the telephne system required fr the generatin f reprts; Scheduler: manages the reprts and planned alarms based n the data cntained in the database previusly prcessed by the miner. PSTN- netwrk PBX Recrder Miner Scheduler Text file MS SQL Database Server Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 8 f 48
2 Prgram installatin 2.1 Prerequisites and recmmended features Blue's Enterprise 4 relies n Micrsft Internet Infrmatin Server (IIS) web server versin 5 r later. The installatin f this server cmpnent is made available as the additinal functinality f the perating system s yu must install it using the specific cntrl panel t add the feature t Windws. Blue's Enterprise 4 uses the Micrsft SQL Server database engine, supprts 2005 and later (cmmercial and express). Nte: If yu d nt have the SQL Server yu can install the prduct with SQL Server Express 2005 supplied with the prduct and prpsed during the installatin. This versin f the database server is free but has a limit f 4 GB per database, which is equivalent t an archive with abut 2 millin phne calls. We recmmend using this unit f measure (4 GB fr every 2 millin calls) t plan the disk space needed fr archiving. Updated hardware and sftware (perating system) requiremenst can be fund n Imagicle web site at http://www.imagicle.cm/g/bluesenterprise4 Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 9 f 48
Installatin prcess The installatin prcess is very easy and requires nly three types f infrmatin. The first requested infrmatin is the target path fr the sftware. If yu chse t install SQL Server Express keep in mind that it will be installed in the flder yu chse in this step. Therefre, chse a target disk with enugh free space als t cntain the stred calls (4 GB fr every 2 millin calls). The secnd infrmatin cncerns the chance t install Micrsft SQL Server 2005 Express versin. Chse this ptin nly if yu d nt have a SQL Server available n yur lcal netwrk. With this ptin the installatin will take mre time and disk space required increases by abut 200 Mb. The third infrmatin is shwn at the end f the cpy f the files and cncerns the insertin f the credentials f a user wh has administrative privileges n the lcal machine t start the services with the right privileges. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 10 f 48
2.2 Live Update At the end f installatin prcess, it checks fr the presence f new updates thrugh the Live Update prcess. In rder t get the latest available functinalities it is recmmended t install the updates, if available. 2.3 Upgrades frm previus versins If yu are installing Blue's Enterprise 4 n a previus versin f Blue's, it will be updated autmatically with the fllwing restrictins: 1. Yu must purchase a license upgrade 2. Yu cannt upgrade the versin f Blue's 2000 r 2002 but the Prfessinal versin nly. If yu wn ne un supprted versin yu must first upgrade t Prfessinal. 3. If yu wn the Prfessinal versin based n Access database calls will be autmatically imprted int the SQL Server. If yu chse t install Blue's Enterprise 4 with Micrsft SQL Server 2005 Express as an upgrade frm Blue's Prfessinal (Access versin) is recmmended t check that archive f calls cntains n mre than 2 millins f calls. If the number f calls is greater than this threshld is recmmended t launch Blue's Prfessinal, and t archive lder phne calls in rder t reduce the number f calls t be imprted. The free versin f SQL Express database in fact may cntain up t 4 Gbytes. The prcedure fr updating the data will be launched after the installatin. This may take several minutes depending n the amunt f calls in the archive. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 11 f 48
Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 12 f 48
3 Cnfiguratin The cnfiguratin f Blue's Enterprise 4 is made up f 2 distinct parts that are the Cnnectin t the switchbard and the applicatin Guided Cnfiguratin. The first part allws yu t dwnlad CDR data f varius wned PBX. In this step the data are cllected with n prcessing and are created 3 cpies fr each CDR. This redundancy allws t maintain an intact and recverable histrical at any time, als allws the third cpy f redundancy cnfiguratins. The secnd is the actual cnfiguratin that affects many aspects f the prcess f imprting data frm the file: The chice f tariff fr calculating the csts The chice f the driver fr the crrect interpretatin f CDR that are usually in a prprietary frmat frm the manufacturer f PBX and d nt fllw a standard The setting f Synchrnizatin f the list f extensins and phne bk with cmpany pre-existing archives. 3.1 PBX cnnectin The switchbard cnnectin cnfiguratin prgram allws t create ne r mre cnnectin t the switchbards. Fr each switchbard it requires the cnnectin type. Essentially, the cnnectins are divided in tw types, ne generic thrugh the serial prt and anther thrugh specific prprietary prtcls r standard that generally use a LAN ver TCP/IP. Besides can be specified cnnectins with prprietary buffering prducts such as Blue's IP Buffer / Blue's Buffer. Nte : Chsing a switchbard with htel functinality frm the list, this versin f sftware will nt be able t access t the management f htel functinality but yu will be able t dwnlad the calls lgging data.. The next step is specific fr the chsen switchbard. Please visit http://www.imagicle.cm fr the specific dcumentatin. This step usually requires the PBX Engineer t have previusly crrectly set the PBX parameters fr the dwnlading f the CDR. As last step, a test cnnectin with the switchbard will be carried ut by starting the Blue's Recrder cmpnent. If the cnfiguratin is crrect, making sme test phne calls, it will display the data strings generated by the PBX in the Blue's Recrder windw. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 13 f 48
It is recmmended t wait fr at least 10 calls in rder t ease the autmatic recgnitin f the driver t interpret the calls. At the end f the test the prcedure displays a list f included PBX. Add nw all the PBX cnnected t the system. When all the switchbards have been cnfigured it is recmmended t set the call lgging service as a windws service and set with 'Advanced' buttn the same credentials fr the starting f the service as thse set during installatin.. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 14 f 48
3.2 Guided cnfiguratin The guided cnfiguratin wizard takes care f setting the imprtatin driver calls fr varius switchbards, csts, preparatin f the archive, extensins synchrnizatin, integratin with the cmpany phne bks. At first start and after and update the guided cnfiguratin take care t create/update data archive. When upgrading frm a previus versin based n a MS Access archive, these data will be laded in a new archive based n MS SQL Server. If it is the first installatin, it will be shwn a windw with MS SQL access data. In case yu chse t install Micrsft SQL server 2005 Express, during the installatin, the cnnectin data are already present, just g ahead withut mdifying them. If yu have yur wn SQL server installatin instead yu must crrectly specify the lgin infrmatin. This peratin in case f upgrading frm the Prfessinal versin based n Access requires a lnger time and depends n the number f calls in the archive. In this case it is shwn an estimate f the executin time during the imprtatin. Next step allws t enable the sending f reprt and alarms via e mail. If yu enable this functin yu must specify the data f an e-mail accunts t send e-mail. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 15 f 48
It is recmmended t test the crrectness f the infrmatin yu type by pressing the Test Accunt Settings and typing yur e-mail check fr the arrival f e-mail n yur e-mail prgram. Cnfiguratin f the Sites The Sites represent each individual switchbard assciated with all the infrmatin n the tariffs, natinality, lcatin and managed extensins. Frm the list f the sites select a site and press the buttn Cnfigure t enter all relevant prperties. In case f first cnfiguratin this prcedure will starts autmatically: The cnfiguratin f the site starts with the specificatin fr infrmatin abut data imprtatin cllected frm the switchbard. In particular, the name f the file is already pre-set and yu d nt need t set it. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 16 f 48
Next step autmatically lks fr the CDR interpretatin driver based n the data gathered during the switchbard cnnectin cnfiguratin. The driver cannt always be fund with the autmatic prcedure because sme drivers need cnfiguratin Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 17 f 48
Fr example, the driver shwn in the abve picture is cnfigurable and thus needs mre specific parameters f yur switchbard in rder t prperly functin. In these cases the next step allws yu t specify the parameters: If the driver prvides, it is als pssible t imprt calls amng internal extensins. Then yu set the infrmatin abut the Cuntry, Area and ther relevant infrmatin. Nte.: These infrmatin are useful t calulate the csts and necessary t crrectly calculate lcal and dmestic phne calls.. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 18 f 48
Next step is abut Tariffs t be used t calculate the csts. Whenever yu chse mre than ne Tariff it is pssible t specify hw t use them accrdingly the destinatin f traffic: Tariff advanced mde Advanced mde allws t set the maximum detail in the csts table based n fllwing parameters: Destinatin f traffic (lcal, dmestic landlines, mbile, internatinal, etc.) PBX line number Day time Manual pririty index Csts based n time r pulses The right cmbinatin f these parameters allws, in the presence f particular rutings prgrammed n the PBX (LCR based n Carrier and Line), t calculate directly the csts reprducing the behavir f the PBX. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 19 f 48
As shwn in picture, it is pssible t set a particular tariff fr lcal and dmestic traffic, ne tariff fr the internatinal traffic and ne special tariff fr a line f the PBX dedicated t a GSM gateway fr mbile calls. This way reflects the ruting rules set in the PBX setting the table as shwn in the picture. Besides in the picture has been set a particular tariff fr the 12.00 t 18.00 time band that may result less expensive. This setting has been assigned an higher pririty (smaller figure) t prmte it cmpared t the thers in such time bands. As shwn fr the switchbards lines 1002, 1003 and 1004 (as well as they appear in the dcumentatin f CDR) it is set a carrier dedicated t mbiles. Nte.: In this case specifying lines 1002, 1003 e 1004 the calculatin system will assign higher pririty t this chice even if the clumn Pririty has the same figure f the previus rw. Carrier selectin cde: If a call has telephne number with a carrier selectin cde (example: (10045)0584/943232, ( Welcme Italia) the abve table is restricted t the peratr indicating such prefix. Indeed the selectin cde has the maximum pririty. Once yu have chsen the main tariffs it is pssible t set the reference tariff fr cmparisn. The calculatin system will value the field Cst2 in the calls table using this tariff. Besides it will be calculated the difference between Cst1 and Cst2 and the la percentage difference. The reference tariff is used t simulate the cst that wuld be btained n the traffic using such tariff t facilitate (with actual data) the evaluatin f csts with ther carriers. Advice: the reference cmparisn tariff can be used as a real resale tariff list t highlight the difference between the csts f the cmpany traffic and thse csts t be billed t third parties. See the chapter Tariff Editr t understand hw t create yur wn tariff.. Cntinuing with the installatin prcess yu can determine in which mde the extensin numbering has been set in the varius Sites (if there are mre than ne). In the next step it is pssible t schedule the imprtatin f the extensins list frm external surces r create the list manually. It is recmmended t set the ptin fr extensins autmatic imprtatin in case yu d nt have the list f extensins t be imprted. This way the applicatin will fill autmatically the list f internal extensins during the imprtatin f call lg details. Nte: Whenever the autmatic extensin imprtatin is nt enabled all calls being made between internal extensin nt present in the archive, will be discarded. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 20 f 48
Once the settings f the site have been saved, just g ahead with the cnfiguratin f ther sites then clse the cnfiguratin. At the end yu will be requested hw t start the scheduling and imprtatin service. If during the installatin an accunt with administrative credentials has been crrectly inserted it is recmmended t chse the ptin t start the scheduling and imprtatin service as windws services. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 21 f 48
Integratin with phne bks f the Cmpany Blue s Enterprise 4 uses the phne bks f the Cmpany s t assciate the external cntact name with the ne present in the calls table. Once the guided cnfiguratin has run fr the first time, it is necessary t run it again t cnnect the cmpany s phnebks. This setting is intended t plan a service that at regular intervals will handle the assciatin f new numbers with names fund in the cmpany s phnebks. Select Integratin with Cmpany s phne bk and click next. Enable the planning and set the ccurrence t lkup the numbers in the phne bks. It is recmmended nt t set an ccurrence less than daily if there is a traffic with ne thusand f calls per mnth since the lkup service might affect the generic perfrmance f the system and als the perfrmance f yur wn tls that access the phne bks. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 22 f 48
Next step is abut enabling and cnfiguring varius cnnectrs fr external phne bks. Cncerning Outlk and Outlk Express, the lkup takes place lcally n the PC where Blue s Enterprise 4 is installed. Sales Frce requires a cnfigured valid accunt and the PC cnnected t the internet. SkyStne is an Imagicle prduct that cnnects Skype t the wner switchbard. With SkyStne is pssible t assciate als speeddials that Skystne assciate t the skype accunts. The cnfiguratin f the cnnectr fr SkyStne requires access t its database thrugh a shared flder in the netwrk. Other available phne bks are Excel, MS Access, Active Directry, and a generic database based n OLE DB cnnectrs. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 23 f 48
With this series f archives it is necessary t make assciatins between the lkup fields and external archive fields. In particular Blue s Enterprise 4 prvides several name and phne numbers fields. In this example there is an assciatin between fields with Active Directry: Click End t terminate the integratin cnfiguratin with external phnebks. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 24 f 48
3.3 Registering and activating the applicatin Once installed, Blue s Enterprise 4 wrks in trial mde fr 30 days and 5000 calls maximum. If yu have a license cde it is pssible t activate the applicatin using the prgram lcated in the grup f prgrams named Register Blue s. If the pc is cnnected t the internet it is pssible t click the buttn Register n-line therwise it is necessary t cnnect t the internet frm anther PC and visit the site http://www.imagicle.cm/g/activatin, keep in mind the cmputer cde reprted in the registratin panel. Fllw the registratin t btain the enabling cde t activate the applicatin. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 25 f 48
4 Hw t use the prduct Blue s Enterprise 4 prvides a web prtal t access the system reprting and mnitring, accessible via LAN, by typing the address r name f the server where it is installed, this way: http://nmeserver/bluesenterprise The web prtal prvides infrmatin thrugh an access prtected by user and passwrd. Administratr can create users and assign rles and privileges n the data visibility and administratin tls. Fr a crrect visualizatin f the pages it is recmmended t use a recent web brwser enabling Java script. Nte: Right after the installatin, the default Administratr name is Blues and the passwrd is blues. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 26 f 48
4.1 Hme Page The first hme page shws the system verview with panels giving access t mst used and persnal reprts. Besides there is a built-in check-up useful t islate ptential prblems. In particular the central panel reprts last imprted calls list and displays main data. This panel aut-updates n a regular basis, it is pssible t set the number f calls shwn per page. Calls are in reverse rder f arrival, the mst recent call is n tp f list. If the user is nt Administratr the list will shw nly the user calls r thse calls relevant t the grup defined fr that user (example: his department). In the left clumn there are three panels with direct access t the reprts. First panel shws last executed reprts, the secnd panel shws mst used reprts, that is thse public reprts that have been custmized and saved as persnal, third panel shws the public reprts. Fr mre details n the reprts please see next chapter. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 27 f 48
At the bttm f this clumn there is a link t shw the system status with ptential prblems r gives imprtant advices. This panel shws a red icn when the prblem refers t the imprtatin prcess. In this case the CDR lgging services frm the switchbard have been interrupted and are in a halted state. Yellw icn messages are imprtant but nt require immediate actin, simply suggest hw t imprve the security r perfrmance f the system. This panel is visible by the system administratr nly. Clicking System inf it shws a page with a mre accurate diagnse f the system. Read the relevant chapter fr mre details. On the right there is My dashbard. This panel summarizes the ttals f the daily and mnthly traffic. Each figure is clickable and give details n the selected item. All data f the page are filtered n the basis f user rle and t the rule set by the system administratr. Fr mre infrmatin please read the chapter n managing users and extensins. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 28 f 48
4.2 Dashbard The dashbard is a grup f panels prviding tables f data graphs f the trends. The envirnment is custmizable by the user and it is pssible t chse frm a predefined series f panels, it is als pssible t mve the psitin within the page. Frm Dashbard menu it is pssible t execute the fllwing peratins: Shw: the panels in the desired psitin and relads the data frm the archive. Organize: set the mde n hw t mve the panels. This mde allws t click and drag the panels in ther psitins. Besides every panel has a drp dwn menu with cmmand t remve it frm the page. Add: Shws a list f all available panels and it is pssible t chse t select which nes t add. Refresh: Relads data frm the archive. All data f the page are filtered n the basis f user rle and t the rule set by the system administratr. Fr mre infrmatin please read the chapter n managing users and extensins. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 29 f 48
4.3 Reprt Blue s Enterprise 4 ffers pre-cnfigured reprts fr incming and utging calls f yur Enterprise, rganizing the analysis yu need. Reprts can be easily custmized, printed, exprted r scheduled t receive them via e-mail with the ccurrence yu prefer. Creating a reprt Reprts are rganized in categries; by clicking n a categry it shws the varius available reprts: beside the name there is a cncise descriptin f the reprt, mving the muse cursr ver the windw it shws a preview. The preview can be disabled by clicking n the buttn. Reprt are separated in grups: Public reprts: cntain all reprts that are visible frm all type f users Persnal reprts: cntain all reprts with active filters n data, custmized by the lgged user, the reprts are visible t such user nly. T create a reprt click n the type f reprt t access the page visible Reprt in the next page. Reprt page Reprt Page enables yu t decide which cnditin apply t data befre creating it with a series f filters: this way it is pssible t restrict the field f calls taken int accunt fr calculating the statistics. Fr example it is pssible t analyze nly the data f a particular department r nly the transferred incming calls, etc. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 30 f 48
T activate a filter simply check the bx t the left f the filter that yu will use. Fr each filter yu can chse the type f data yu want t analyze: sme filters shw default selectins frm a drp dwn menu while thers allw yu t insert the desired value manually. Specifically, fr each reprt ptins available are: Traffic type: allws t islate external calls (incming and utging) frm thse amng internal extensins Per calls with date: allws t chse the time interval t be applied t the reprt Per restricted grup f: this filter allws t decide the gruping fr analysis (extensins, departments, cst centre, lines, etc.) Per call type: allws t chse the type f calls t be analyzed (incming, utging, nt answered, etc.) With destinatin/rigin: with this filter yu can decide t analyze a restricted number f gruped calls, depending n the called r caller (landline numbers, mbile numbers, internatinal, etc.) r in terms f area (per city, cuntries, etc.) Maximum number f calls: yu can decide the maximum number f calls t be used fr the analysis simply inserting manually the number. Mre restrictins: this filter allws t further refine the analysis, fr example taking int accunt nly the calls with a cst higher than a certain value r nly thse made befre a certain hur and ther filters f this kind. Furthermre, depending n the type f reprt yu are generating the reprt page has different ptins as the fields t select, view details, levels f gruping. Specifically, Blue's Enterprise 4 allws further custmizatin f reprts in tw different ways: Fr tabular reprts it is pssible t select the fields t be displayed crrespndingly mdifying the clumns f data in the reprt itself Click n Selectin f fields In the Select values windw select the fields t be shwn in the reprt At the end click OK t cntinue with the generatin the reprt Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 31 f 48
Fr the gruped reprts instead it is pssible t select the fields n which t apply the gruping and decide the detail level t be shwn. In turn, these can be divided int tw types: Reprts with predefined grupings (example: Analysis per cst centre, Analysis per department per area, etc.) n which yu can decide the detail level Reprts where yu can define bth grupings and detail level ( example: Level gruping under Reprt mdels Select the desired gruping frm the drp-dwn menu Chse if shw details r nt Cntinue with the creatin f the reprt Once chsen the ptins, it is pssible: Execute the Reprt Save the Reprt with the same name, with anther name r as persnal reprt Schedule the reprt sending via e-mail Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 32 f 48

This user is the same that is cnfigured during installatin and yu shuld always set a user with administrative privileges n the lcal PC. 5.2 System status This sectin is mre imprtant t make the diagnsis f ptential prblems. On this page, cmprehensive with lts f infrmatin, there is a detailed lists f infrmatin abut: Blue s Recrder: the prcess f acquiring the CDR directly frm the PBX. This service is essential t ensure nt t lse any data call. Blue s Miner: the prcess imprting the CDR int the archive and enhances cst and lcatin infrmatin. Blue s Scheduler: the prcess that takes care f all scheduled tasks such as sending email, reprts r alarms, but als the synchrnizatin prcess fr extensins and external phne bks. This page ffers a clr indicatr f the state f the services, in particular: the green indicates that everything is wrking range indicates that there are warnings such as whether the free disk space is lw, r tday n calls have been imprted frm ne site. finally, the red icn determines an imprtant errr that can cmprmise the prper functining f the service. 5.3 Discarded calls reprcessing In the System status sectin f Blue s Miner it is pssible t shw the discarded CDR. Usually these discarded items refer t rws with irrelevant infrmatin r calls amng internal extensins nt present in the extensin list and the system has n ptin t autmatically create the missing extensins (see chapter abut Guided Cnfiguratin). This cmmand is useful when the Supprt prvides an updated driver that imprves the call imprtatin r when calls have been discarded frm extensins nt present in the extensin list fr the first imprtatin but were added later. Set the time interval t gather the discarded items and then select the site. The cmmand Reprcess starts the discarded items prcess. The prcess culd take a lng time and depends n the number f calls that cme acrss t the recalculatin. The page prvides an estimate f the number f phne calls. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 40 f 48

The ther parameter f the tariff are: Setup Fee Minimum Cst : Minimum duratin: Setup fee duratin: The cst t be applied frm the mment the called user answers the call The minimum cst the phne calls will billed at. If the hurly cst is lwer than that, It is autmatically increased t reach the minimum cst. If set, it determines the minimum duratin f the call. Fr instance if it is set t 10 secnds, if the calls lasts 5 sec. is calculated as if it lasted 10, if it lasts mre than 10 it is used the real duratin. Duratin after which t start the calculatin with the cst per minute. If present the setup fee is applied immediately and then, after the setup duratin it starts t use the hurly duratin. Advanced settings: Duratin runding: 1 is the minimum duratin and has n effect. If type 30 sec. the call duratin is runded t next 30 r previus based n the parameter: Type f duratin runding. Cst runding: As per the duratin runding but is calculated n the value f the cst. If fr example yu type 10 eur f runding and set type f runding : Up, ne call f 6 eur will be set t 10, ne call f 11 t 20 eur and s n. This parameter is used t reprduce the behavir f pulse taxatin. Dialing time: useful when the switchbard dcuments the duratin time since the mment yu dial the number (mre and mre rare nwadays) since it cannt recgnize the mment when the called user actually answers the phne call. In this case the actual duratin will be less than calculated ne and it is unknwn. This value is an mean time estimate that user take t dial the number and is subtracted by the duratin dcumented by the switchbard frm the effective cnversatin duratin. In this case the cst calculatin is nt accurate fr bvius reasns. In the lwer part f the windws, belw the csts per minute there are ther ptins: Call csts change accrding t the distance Nt used anymre, it was used with inter-districts calls by Telecm Italia. The prgram cntains the gegraphical crdinated f all cities and manages the distance amng the users. This ptin allws t insert the relevant Km bands in which the cst varies. Autmatically it will create new cst fields. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 44 f 48
Call csts change accrding the duratin In this case the tariffs varies with the call duratin, that is if the cst is 15 cents fr the first 60 secnds and then there is a discunt t 10 fr the per next. In this case we use duratin bands, with which csts vary, and mre csts fields will be created. Instead t change the prefixes that cnstitutes the grup click 'Edit area cde'. In place the cst list it shws a list f available area cdes. Chse thse area cdes yu need and click the single left arrw. By using the duble arrw all area cdes will be mved. Abve the available area cdes list there is a menu t chse the type f area cdes. Prduct Guide 22/11/11 page 45 f 48
T chse a new area cde nt available in the archive select the type f area cde t be created (Dmestic, Mbiles, internatinal etc...) and click New buttn belw the yellw arrws. Then insert the area cde and name. Insert latitude and lngitude nly if yu wish t use a tariff that varies accrding the distance. Setup f fees Click tp right n Mnthly fee t shw the list f available fees. Press New t insert a new fee r select and existing fee and click Edit t mdify. When creating/mdifying a fee yu need t insert a descriptin, f the currently used currency and peridicity. Indicate if the fee is fr line rental and if the cst refers t the single line r nt t have a direct calculatin while in tariff cmparisn area. Summary view and printing: At the end f range dts grups list there is a cmmand t shw a printable summary. Yu can apply mdificatins t csts and time bands even frm this area.
