RESPONSIBILITIES Develp and implement a Student Supprt Plan in accrdance with the Lans and Bursary Departmental Plans. Prvide input and supprt int the Lans and Bursary Departmental Plans Define and manage the Student Supprt Plan t supprt the NSFAS New Student-Centred Mdel Rll- Out Lead and Manage the Student supprt in the new Student-Centred Mdel Cllabrate with ther NSFAS Service Units in prviding student supprt n NSFAS prducts and t maintain chesive supprt Manage student expectatins and disputes with relatins t the new Student-Centred peratinal mdel Mnitr bth TVET Cllege and University Student Supprt prvided t NSFAS funded students Manage DHET TVET Student Supprt Divisin expectatins n the implementatin f the DHET TVET Bursary Rules and Guidelines and understanding f the rules by students Crdinate the attendance registers f TVET Cllege students submitted in accrdance with the DHET TVET Bursary rules

Cnsiders business needs, managers input, trade-ffs and leverage t budget and allcate resurces t pririty areas f service unit.
