Princeton and the American Revolution Walking Tour Come and join the Eastern Region on July 9 th at 12:30 pm to visit one of the most exciting cities in American History! The city of Princeton was the home to two signers of the Declaration of Independence and was the site of a Revolutionary battle that turned the tide for the American troops. We will be going on a walking tour of the city that focuses specifically on Princeton during the American Revolution, a special tour that is normally only done during specific times of the year. Stops of the tour will include: the Bainbridge House, which housed members of the Continental Congress in 1783, Nassau Hall, which saw fighting in 1777 and served as the capitol building in 1783, and the Princeton Battle Monument. Each of these three places is full of rich history that you and your family will not want to miss out on. We plan to have a fun time and honor this historic city. As mentioned above this is a special walking tour only done during specific times of the year but the tour company has willing offered to show the Eastern Region this amazing tour. We cannot wait to see you there! Bainbridge House Nassau Hall Princeton Battle Monument
