Late Registration Form This form must be used if registering after Thursday, September 24, 2015 and is to be brought directly to Fall Rally. Fundraising Tips and Ideas This page will help spark ideas on how to fundraise, if necessary, to attend Fall Rally. Food Drive Suggestions This flyer gives ideas of what types of food are needed at the food food banks. 3 Dear New Jersey Key Club Officers and Advisors, Bobbie Boettinger 23 Artho Lane Roseland NJ Phone: (973) , It gives me great pleasure to invite you all to the largest annual gathering of Key Clubbers within the New Jersey District, Fall Rally, on Sunday October 11 th, If you want the opportunity to meet Key Clubbers from around the state and have an amazing day full of fun then Fall Rally is the place for you! It has taken many of your board members innumerable hours and an unparalleled effort to build upon the successes of previous years to make this year s Fall Rally, the best yet. Be prepared to learn about Oh the Service You ll Do during the energetic morning session where you will learn more about our District Project, meet the District Board, and become inspired by a motivational speaker. Key Clubbers will also compete by division to win the spirit stick. After the quick, informative, and inspirational morning session, Key Clubbers and Advisers will have the opportunity to enjoy everything Six Flags has to offer. Please remember to bring canned or non-perishable food with you to donate to the New Jersey Federation of Food Banks on October 11 th! The Early Registration cost for attending Fall Rally is $37 for non-season Pass holders and $7 for Season Pass- holders. Clubs who register early will receive a free bus parking pass, upon request. Please remember that the Early Registration Form (page 5) must be postmarked by September 24 th, All registration forms and payment for Early Registration and luncheons should be mailed to New Jersey Kiwanis District Office, 120 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ Once the registration has been processed, a receipt will be issued. If you have missed the deadline for Early Registration, a Late Registration form can be found on page 7. Late Registration is $42, and both the form and payment must be brought to Six Flags on the morning of Fall Rally. Buses are asked to arrive between 7:30 A.M. and 8:30 A.M. on October 11 th and park in the bus parking area. Key Clubbers will then proceed to the Main Gate area. One representative from each club and the advisor (if present) must pick up their club s tickets at the tables marked EARLY REGISTRATION. Late registrants must report to the Late Registration Booths to submit their Late Registration form and payment. Registration will be open between 7:30 am and 9:15 am. If a club arrives after 9:15 am and has not registered early, it must report to the park gates and pay the park s full price of admission. This year, the Adviser/Chaperone Luncheon is available! Information for the Adviser/Chaperone luncheon can be found on page 6 of this packet. For more information concerning the free luncheon tickets for advisors, please see the chart on page was the first year in the District s history that Fall Rally had over 3,000 Key Clubbers present! We hope to build upon last year s successes and we ask that you help us exceed the goal of 3,000+ attendees once again this year and experience the largest Fall Rally the has ever seen! 4 Registration Information & Day Schedule Ticket Information Ticket Prices: $ Early Registration non-season pass attendees (September 24th postmark) $ Late Registration non-season pass- holding attendees $7.00- All Season Pass-holding attendees (Regardless of Early/Late Registration) All club members, chaperones, and advisors must register for a ticket or a pass to be admitted to Fall Rally. Don t wait to register! You can send in multiple registrations before the deadline. Forms available online at: Even if you plan on registering late please pre-order your bus pass. (see page 5 for details) You may also register Key Clubbers both early and late in order to maximize club attendance. Luncheon Information Advisor Luncheon: 12:00pm-1:00pm (Chicken tenders, vegetable lasagna, potato salad, garden salad, ice cream cups, and cold drinks) This is a great chance for all advisors to meet and receive information about this service year from the New Jersey District Board. For this all-you-can eat buffet, each club will receive one free meal ticket for the advisor luncheon if registered early and additional advisors meal tickets based upon the number of attendees (see page 6). If additional luncheon tickets are necessary, they are available for the cost of $20.00 per ticket. Please fill out the Luncheon Form (Page 6), if interested. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TICKETS IF YOU DO NOT ORDER THEM BY THE SEPTEMBER 24 th DEADLINE. Schedule of Events 7:30 am- Main gate on Route 537 opens and registration booths near park ticket booth open! 8:00am- 9:15am- 9:15am-10:30-am 10:30am- 11:30am- Park gates open to Key Club members only and Grandstand Arena opens for Fall Rally. REGISTRATION CLOSED! Everyone is to be seated in the arena. FALL RALLY! Late registrants are only those who did not submit their forms completely by September 24, the Early Registration deadline. If registering additional people, please do not include those accounted for in the Early Registration Form. 8 Making Fall Rally Possible Tips on fundraising and transportation Fall Rally is a great time to bond with your fellow Key Clubbers and learn more about our great organization, but sometimes costly. With careful planning and a passion for Key Club, it is possible for any member, regardless of financial situation to attend Fall Rally. Transportation Tips v Try renting or sharing a bus with another club in your division v Car pool with other members of your Key Club Planning Tips v Begin fundraising over the summer or in early September v Promote Fall Rally to your members at the first meeting v Contact your Lieutenant Governor with any problems you may have v Ask your sponsoring Kiwanis club for help v Advertise to non-members with flyers to create interest in your club Fundraising Ideas v Car Washes v Bake/Water bottle sales v Movie Nights v Athletic Competitions v Ask local businesses for donations v Restaurant Nights CAN T WAIT TO SEE YOU AT FALL RALLY! ~8~
