To build your business knowledge and prepare you to become leaders and innovators you will progress through 5 rotations within the business, giving you exposure to management, sales, operations and customers. WHAT NEXT? Ready to take the next step? Let s make it happen. WHAT NEXT? 9 There are seven stages to the recruitment and selection process: 1. ONLINE APPLICATION Complete an online application form by simply providing us with details of your education, work experience and discipline preferences, ability to relocate at the end of the program as well as copies of your resume, a cover letter and academic transcripts. 2. ONLINE PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT STAGE 1 If you online application is successful, you ll then be invited to complete stage one of the Psychometric assessments to determine your eligibility for the program. 3. VIDEO INTERVIEW If stage one of the Psychometric application is successful, you ll then be invited to complete a video interview. This is your opportunity for you to communicate more about yourself and why you want to work at Coates Hire. 4. ONLINE PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING STAGE 2 If your video interview is successful, you ll then be invited to complete stage two of the Psychometric assessments which completes the personality and cognitive profile to further determine your eligibility for the program. 5. ASSESSMENT CENTRE Next stage will be the opportunity to meet other potential graduates and participate in both group and individual activities to learn more about our organisation and culture. 6. FINAL INTERVIEWS The final stage involves two face to face interviews which will complete the assessment of your efforts throughout the graduate recruitment process. 7. SELECTION AND OFFERS Once the face to face interview assessments have been finalised an offer will be made to successful candidates.
