Job Purpose This position is responsible for ensuring that all projects are adequately planned, designed and delivered to timelines, quality and budget. Ensuring business requirements and associated benefits are clearly identified and delivered 3. Dimensions Contributes to overall Programme budget management process Responsible for the line management of a team as required dependent upon project size. Responsible for matrix managing internal and external resources as appropriate to the size of the project/programme of work. Responsible for complex programmes of work up to 2 million budget Responsible for effective financial management of projects including confirmation of budget approval, spend, accurate forecasting and associated financial benefits realisation Responsible for ensuring budget books are completed, authorised and updated on a monthly basis Responsible for ensuring adherence to the change control process completing full impact assessments with detailed cost and benefit implications
