Artwork & Production Placement of location-specific opportunities are determined when contract and full payment are received. IFT must approve all artwork Sponsor is responsible for providing any artwork associated with sponsorship by May 1, 2015 Sponsorship contract, full payment, and logos (300 DPI, EPS vector file format, and JPG format) must be received from sponsor no later than May 1, 2015, to be included in the IFT15 Program & Exhibit Directory Material Production: The production cost of all materials is included in the sponsorship unless otherwise noted. All artwork must be production ready and will be produced as is. Logo Requirements: E-mail your logo for print (300 DPI, EPS vector file format) and online (JPG file format) recognition when you submit your contract to manderson@ift.org. Payment: Agreements received after February 6, 2015, must submit 100% payment. Failure to make payment in accordance with the aforementioned policy will result in cancellation of the sponsorship.
