The dates are Thursday March 10, 2016 and Friday March 11, 2016 at the Golden Nugget Atlantic City Hotel. Our conference is a great opportunity for professionals in the school transportation industry to share their experiences with others as well as way to gain knowledge of what is new in the industry. The conference is a great opportunity for vendors to display their products. This year the officers have planned the conference so that the vendors will have many opportunities to visit with the transportation professionals of New Jersey. Box 66 Raritan, New Jersey 08869 The 2016 Vendor Trade Show will be held at Golden Nugget Atlantic City Hotel, on, Thursday March 10, 2016 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Vendor Show, Lunch and Welcome Back Reception will be in the Grand Ballroom B/C. Vendor check-in and table assignments will be given out on Thursday March 10, 2016 from 8:00am to 11:00am. 1. The registration fee includes the following: Exhibit space, vendor registration, lunch, and Vendor Reception for two (2) vendor representatives. A fee of $30.00 per person for lunch and fee of $30.00 per person for the Vendor Reception will be charged for each additional vendor representative. 2. Vendor Check-In: Thursday March 10, 2016 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. 3. Vendor Check-Out: Thursday March 10, 2016 after 7:00 PM The 48th Annual Pupil Transportation Conference and Equipment Show will provide an opportunity for professionals in the pupil transportation industry to interact and gather information on equipment and services. This conference is attended by a majority of those persons directly responsible for pupil transportation in the State of New Jersey. Highlights: 1. Lunch, Welcome Back Reception and the Reception with the Vendors are included in your registration fee for two (2) vendor representatives. 2. There will not be a band or D.J. in the vendor hall to interfere with conversations, just light background music. 3. Breakdown of the vendor show will begin on Monday after 7:00 pm. Please do not break down displays prior to 7:00 pm we don t want visitors disappointed. 5. Drawing of vendor prizes will be on Monday from 5:45 pm to 6:15 pm. Vendor s who have prizes to give away are encouraged to have their own raffle tickets at individual booths. Vendor Registration: The Golden Nugget Atlantic City Hotel will be providing personnel to assist with the setting up and break down of your displays. Additional tables or equipment needed should be made directly through Maryellen; however this information should be noted on your registration form. The Golden Nugget Atlantic City Hotel will supply a table with one or two chairs for the vendor show. All registrations must be made in ADVANCE. See the attached registration form for fees and deadlines. A conference meal information form has been included for your convenience. Space is limited so please register early. Arrival: Vendors with large packages or equipment should go to the loading dock at the rear of the building. The loading dock will be open from 7:30am to 7:30pm. No storage space is available. If shipping is necessary please contact Maryellen Goodwin directly at 609-441-8331. Booth Assignments: Care is given to assign vendors so they are not side by side with like products. Diversity is what makes our industry so special. Your presentation and display is what persuades visitors to stop, look and listen. The exhibit booth area is a standard 6 X 30 skirted table. No items will be allowed attached to the walls in the Grand Ballroom B/C. Any machinery, equipment, or product that may soil the carpet should be placed on protective plastic. The vendor will be responsible for cleaning or repair of the carpet. No lifts will be allowed in the vendor area.

Electrical Service: If you require electrical service (110-Volt AC) in your exhibit booth, you must complete an electrical service form and return the completed form by fax to Maryellen Goodwin @ 609-345-4091 three weeks prior to the convention. Application for Electrical Service is attached. Internet Service: If you require internet service complete the attached for high speed internet service and return to Maryellen Goodwin two weeks prior to March 10, 2016 Hotel Accommodations: Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the individual vendor. Fire Regulations: Fire exits may not be used for moving equipment or exhibits in or out. Flammable decorating items are not permitted. Flammable liquids must not be stored in display areas. Regulations of the Atlantic City Fire Department must be observed in their entirety. Food and Beverage Giveaways: Any food or beverage dispensed or given away at booths must be purchased from or provided with the consent of The Golden Nugget Atlantic City Hotel. Liability: The Golden Nugget Atlantic City Hotel and School Transportation Supervisors of New Jersey, Inc. do not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to vendor exhibits. Vendors who desire to carry insurance on their exhibits may do so at their own expense. Should additional wiring be required, such wiring can be completed by the Hotel at a rate based on time and materials. It is advisable that small motors to 1 hp be universal. Each motor of 1 hp or more must be equipped with a fusible switch. To avoid delay of installation, all equipment must be tagged with full information as to the current voltage, phase, cycle, horsepower, etc. Golden Nugget Atlantic City assumes not responsibility for damage or misuse of any vendor s equipment.
