The following forms are included in order to better service your exhibit needs during the show. Charges for electrical service listed, do not include repair of exhibitor equipment or any control wiring. Service does include power to one point and one connection. Motors of one-half housepower or more must be equipped with a safety switch. If 24-hour service is required, please describe your requirements and our staff will furnish a quote. Hyatt reserves the right to refuse connections where wiring constitutes a safety or fire hazard. All materials and equipment furnished by Hyatt will remain the property of Hyatt. Four outlets constitutes a 20 AMP circuit. NOTE: Please include a diagram of floodlight and outlet locations. Cable for dimmer boards or special outlets must be supplied by the exhibitor. SPECIAL SERVICE UNITS: In those instances where your needs cannot be classified under either Standard Service or Heavy Duty Service, please describe your requirements. Walls, columns and permanent building utility outlets and/or public function space are not a part of booth space and are not to be used by exhibitors or in-house groups unless specified otherwise. 2. Under no circumstances shall anyone other than "House Electrician" make electrical connections. 3. Claims will not be considered unless filed by the user prior to close of exhibition or function. 4. LIABILITY: The Resort will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor. The exhibitor's employees or property, or to any other person, prior, or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract, provided said injury, loss or damage is not caused by the willful negligence or wrongful act of an employee of the Resort. Each exhibitor expressly releases the Resort from such liabilities and agrees to indemnify the Resort against any and all claims for such injury, loss or damage. 5. All equipment regardless of power source must comply with all federal, state and local safety codes. 6. Under no circumstances shall anyone utilize the operable wall track system as a hang point, without prior approval from the Director of Engineering. 7. Use of open clip sockets, latex or lamp cord wire, duplex or triplex attachment plugs in exhibits is prohibited. 8. Special equipment requiring company engineers or technicians for assembly, servicing, preparatory work and operation may be executed without "House Electrician." However, all service connections and overload protection to such equipment must be made by "House Electrician" ONLY.

7 9. All equipment must be properly tagged and wired with complete information as to type of current, voltage, phase, cycle, horsepower, etc. 10. All materials and equipment furnished by the HYATT REGENCY HILL COUNTRY RESORT for this service order shall remain in the Resort's property and shall be removed ONLY by the Resort at the close of the show. 11. Electrical power for lights and displays will be turned on one hour prior to show opening time and off at show closing time daily. 12. All exhibitor's group's cords must be of the (3) wire grounded type. All exposed non-current carry metal parts of fixed equipment which are able to be energized shall be grounded. 13. Rates quoted for all connections cover only the bringing of service to the booth in the most convenient manner and do not include connecting or special wiring. 14. No nails or bracing wires used in erecting displays may be attached to building without written consent of the Director of Engineering at the Resort. All property destroyed or damaged by exhibitors must be replaced in it's original condition by the exhibitor or at the exhibitor's expense. 15. NON-FLAMMABLE MATERIALS: All materials used in the Ballroom or any other room of the Resort MUST be non-flammable to conform with Fire Regulations of Bexar County. Electrical wiring and equipment installation must conform to appropriate N.E.C.. Materials not conforming with such regulations will be removed immediately at the exhibitor's expense.
