Spcifically, LdVCS's facilitis rqust stats: "Basd on th nds of th Chartr School and th rsidncy of th projctd studnt nrollmnt, th Chartr School dsirs to locat its facility in East Chula Vista, spcifically at Futur Villag 2 or 11 School, Vtrans School, Wolf Canyon School, EastLak School, or any othr school in this vicinity." Furthr, th District concludd that, pursuant to Sction 11969.3(a)(2) of Titl 5 of th California Cod of Rgulations, th high school attndanc ara in which th largst numbr of LdVCS studnts rsid is th Olympian High School attndanc ara. Thrfor, th District considrd th following comparison group schools in dvloping its prliminary proposal: McMillin, Vtrans, and Wolf Canyon Elmntary Schools.
