Th Mayor s Offic of Employmnt Dvlopmnt has bn oprating YouthWorks with th invaluabl support of workforc partnrs and fundrs for mor than 30 yars, annually conncting thousands of tns and young adults btwn th ags of 14 and 21 primarily to summr work xprincs with nonprofit and city and stat govrnmnt mployrs throughout Baltimor. Participants work in a varity of industris and gain basic workforc radinss and carr-spcific skills.
