ETQA ADMINISTRATOR Salary: R175 266. 84 per annum (All Inclusive Package) ETQA Administrator. The successful applicant will be based in Pseta offices in Hatfield, Pretoria and will report to the ETQA Manager. The incumbent will provide administrative assistance to ETQA Specialists and Officers, including overall planning, tracking and documentation management. Relevant diploma (NQF 5) or equivalent qualification in a related field; At least 2 years experience as an Administrator in a SETA environment; Sound knowledge of the SAQA Act, PFMA and Skills Development Act; Time, project, change and strategic management; The following key skills must be illustrated in applications; o Analytical problem solving and decision making skills; o Presentation, meeting, consultation and negotiation skills; o Excellent interpersonal and people management skills; o Good verbal and written communication skills; o Computer literacy and numeracy. To co-ordinate and oversee the development of the Sector Skills Plan and Sector Career Guide for the Public Service Sector and to facilitate the dissemination of information on Public Sector scarce and critical skills to schools, tertiary institutions and the general public. 2. To co-ordinate the development and timely submission of WSPs/ARTs by all government departments, legislatures and relevant parastatals, and monitor the public service s utilization of the 1% expenditure on training. A 3-year NQF Level 6 qualification in the relevant field; At least 3 years experience in the skills development environment; Good knowledge of the SAQA Act, PFMA, Skills Development Levies Act and Skills Development Act;
