Jedlá pripravujeme z kvalitných surovín modernými technológiami rešpektujúcimi zásady zdravej výživy. Ak vám niektorá zložka jedla v jedálnom lístku nevyhovuje, radi pre vás upravíme jedlá podľa vašej chuti, či dietetickej potreby. Osôb trpiacich na potravinové intolerancie a niektoré z ochorení spôsobených lepkom neustále pribúda. Tieto vážne ochorenia vyžadujú celoživotné dodržiavanie diety. Záleží nám na tom, aby ste sa jako naši hostia cítili komfortne, preto jedálny lístok obsahuje viaceré jedlá vhodné pre celiatikov, aj pre vegetariánov. Tieto jedlá sú v jedálnom lístku re lepšiu orientáciu označené symbolmi. Na požiadanie upravíme aj ďalšie jedlá na bezlepkovú, prípadne bezlaktózovú variantu.u niektorých jedál stačí vymeniť chlieb alebo toust za bezlepkový.. Vegetariánske jedlo bezlepkové jedlo Váha mäsa je uvedená v surovom stave pred tepelnou úpravou. Váha pripravovaných jedál bez tepelnej úpravy je uvedená po dohotovení pokrmu.
