AUSOM Help Desk AUSOM points out to members using both the Help Centre service, and attending the special interest groups (SIGs) at meetings, that all our members listed are volunteers who contribute their time freely with the aim of helping members and encouraging the use of Apple products. Under these circumstances a fee may be determined by mutual agreement.
