About the Course This course will provide hematologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and nurses with current data and information on topics presented at the American Society of Hematology 56th Annual Meeting in San Francisco on December 6 9, 2014. Learning Objectives Describe the implications for new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to hematologic diseases. Discuss the impact of research and new treatments on patient management. Program Location The course will take place at the, 24 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio. Self-parking and valet parking are available at the hotel. A special valet parking rate for the meeting will be offered. Accreditation The Foundation Center for Continuing Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Foundation Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association Council for Continuing Medical Education credit for Category 2 credit. The Ohio Board of Nursing will accept at face value the number of contact hours awarded for an educational activity that has been approved for CE by a nationally accredited system of CE approval. Therefore the 5.25 physician AMA PRA Category I Credits will be accepted for nursing credits. Nurses from other states should contact their State Board of Nursing.
