3 S t r o n a General rules All advertisements assigned to be placed on Onet.pl must be prepared according to the ergonomic guidelines and technical specification for advertisements to be published in reklama.onet.pl.. Onet.pl may check the advertisements for technical compliance with the specifications and reserves the right to remove or stop any advertisement which is not prepared according to the rules. Display of the advertisement by Onet.pl does not automatically mean that Onet.pl accepts that such advertisement is provided in accordance with the specifications. Onet.pl decides about the functionality of its websites, and while designing takes into account user experience. Thus, Onet.pl reserves the right to reject or stop broadcasting any advertisement, if it is considered annoying or harmful to portal users. 1. Naming files a. Creative should be named in following schema: advertiser/campaign name_banner-type_size.extension e.g. : nokia3310_sky_160x600.swf or banner_size.extension e.g. : billboard_750x100.gif. b. File names cannot contain spaces or national specific characters. 2. Deadlines for files delivery a. All materials which are prepared to display must be delivered at least 3 days before the start of campaign. Rich media and 3 rd party adservers ads - at least 5 days before the start of campaign. b. Flash, html and rich media formats should be delivered also with substitute advertisement in one of the following graphic formats: jpg, gif, animated gif, in order to display them in browsers which do not support advanced file formats mentioned above. c. Zip is the one and only compressed file format which is acceptable in Onet. 3. Users data confidentiality a. Interaction tracing scripts are forbidden. b. Ad cannot not read or change cookie files. c. During campaign advertiser can collect data concerning users, but at any time there must be Onet acceptation. Advertiser must also inform Onet: what kind of data will be collected, what is the purpose of collecting data, how long data will be stored, if and what kind of other companies will have access to data and in which range will they entitled to use data.

4 S t r o n a d. On grounds of foregoing information, Onet consents to collecting and usage of users data. Advertiser ensures that any of data collected in connection with campaign on Onet websites will not serve any other purpose, that declared. e. Without Onet agreement data collected by advertiser cannot be used to retargeting campaign or identification users in any other way in other advertiser s campaigns. 4. Advertisement cannot cause errors and warnings. 5. During displaying, the advertisements cannot disrupt the operation of the webpage. Mobile Rich Media Rich Media creative are emitted from Javascript code and can be displayed on device or browser that supports this technology. Rich media ads are designed to be displayed on mobile default browser (targeted campaigns for Safari and/or Android Browser). On other mobile browser ads may not display properly e.g. on Opera Mini (webpage is loaded on Opera servers and then optimalized content is send to client. It is the reason why some of Javascript code will not be run on users device at all). General rules for Rich Media ads All rich media creative must have legend: 1. Information on with devices ad have to work (operating system and its version, browser, type of device smartphone/tablet), 2. Short script describing ad behavior, 3. Declaration of initial creative size. 4. Important: Materials should be delivered at last one working week before planed emission. Important: Mobile Rich Media ads are prepared by Onet and based on materials send by client. Advertiser delivers video, graphics etc. In case of more complicated creative also script and composition visualization.

5 S t r o n a Rich Media top In the simplest version it can be single graphic file filling all available space (initial creative and expanded one). Above creative may be defined active zones with interactions. More advanced form with one or more Rich media elements (e.g. galleries, video, maps etc.) should have branded background and if it is required the space provided for navigation bar/ buttons and main content. On each of face can be placed any graphic of size not greater than cube wall, but only 4 walls will be shown to user in gap between turns (remaining walls can be semitransparent). Direction and duration of each turn can be set that at every time different face is shown, as well that the same side is shown each time. Two of four walls (situated on the opposite sides) can have interactive elements. When user interacts with cube it stops rolling. Ad can be displayed on resolutions smaller then 300px only when advertiser provide right creative (180x150px up to 20px) or provide standard creative with min. font size 20px, f. Universal creative can be scaled to: 300x250px, 250x208px, g. The list of exceptions where ad is displayed at right column (not as rectangle): comment detail, live broadcast detail and site as repertoire, tv program and weather.
