2 Whitelisting and Blacklisting Quality traffic is an important factor in mobile advertising and this purpose is served by blacklisting and whitelisting features supported by ADSAXIS DSP. After evaluation of high performing mobile applications and publisher IDs and keeping a track of traffic coming in from these apps and ID s our blacklisting and Whitelisting feature helps our users to select or block certain apps and id s for their serving campaigns hence leading to efficiency in traffic and meeting the needs of our users. WHITELISTING Step 1 Whitelisting through multiple options, gives you option to target your specific audience. Device Ids A device ID (device identification) is a distinctive number associated with a smartphone or similar handheld device IP IP addresses allow the location of literally billions of digital devices that are connected to the Internet to be pinpointed and differentiated from other devices. While Uploading CSV for Device IDs or IP make sure to remove space and newline. Step 2 Whitelisting through Inventory and Audience group. It helps to target pre created group of device IDs and App Ids.

3 Step 3 Whitelisting through Package names and App Id.. App Package Names P ackage name uniquely identifies the app on the device; it is also unique on respective Play stores. App Id/Bundle Id An App ID is a two part string used to identify one or more apps from a single development team. The string consists of a Team ID and a bundle ID search string, with a period (.) separating the two parts. While you enter App Package Names or Appid use commas to distinguish them.

4 BLACKLISTING Blacklisting takes precedence over Whitelist so you can follow the same steps as whitelisting. In Blacklisting whatever option you select the campaign will not serve on those Apps,IP,ID or Groups. Blacklisting From Advanced Dashboard Step 1 Select Campaign and date range from Advanced dashboard.

5 Step 2 Click on Expand button to see all the apps on which campaign is serving. Step 3 Select the App which is not performing and click Apply, It will automatically blacklist the app. Note: As we did blacklisting for Apps same way we can do it for below options also.

6 How to Create App Groups Step 1 Select Inventory section under Groups and click on MANAGE GROUPS to create APP group. Then click CREATE NEW GROUP button on the right hand side. Step 2

7 After clicking on Create new group, Search among Live Apps available on the platform according to your campaign requirement to create group. How to Create Audience Groups Step 1 Select Audience section under Groups and click on CREATE NEW GROUP to create Audience group.

8 Step 2 Enter Audience Group Name, Campaigns Id s and number of days for which you want to record Device Ids. How to target Geo s in Campaign Step 1 Click on Add Tab to Add geos. Step 2 Search the geo and radius in which you want your campaign to serve. Campaign will serve only in the added Geo.

9 Step 3 Option to add multiple Geo in single campaign. You can enter upto 100 different Lat/long. Format Example: Latitude,Longitude,Radius Latitude,Longitude1,Radius1 Retargeting Best Practices Frequency Caps: A frequency cap will limit the number of times a tagged user will see your ads and will prevent potential customers from feeling overwhelmed. Exclude Converted Users: Make sure you track which users converted and exclude them from seeing same Ads. Download Raw Logs: Use the Device Ids from the logs and can be used for retargeting or negative retargeting by Whitelisting or blacklisting respectively. Present in reports. Audience Group : You can create and select Audience group and do higher Custom Bid. It will help you to get specific reach. Custom bid is at 4th step in campaign creation.

10 App Group: You can create and select App group and do higher Custom Bid. It will help you to get specific reach. Custom bid is at 4th step in campaign creation. Where it works best: Retargeting works for all type of campaign: Best way to do retargeting is when you have collected data from the running campaign. Best for Optimize campaign for Installs. Best for CPM/ CPC campaigns. Day Time Targeting PLEASE NOTE: the day time selector is set to GMT, NOT the local timezone selected on page 1 of the set up.

11 CREATIVE GUIDELINES 1.Creative Submission a. Landing page and creative content should be relevant to each other. b. Creative image should comply with our Content Policy. c. Brand name and Logo should be present on the Banner. 2.Our Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for Ad approval a. For Banner Ads 0 2 Hours per ad b. For JS based Ads up to 24 Hours per Ad 3.The majority wins are expected on 320*50 (Banners/Phones) and 728*90 (In tablet) Unacceptable Ad behaviours: ADSAXIS does not allow ad behaviours that might trick a user into clicking the ad: Ads cannot pretend to be a system or site warning. Ads cannot mimic or resemble Windows, Mac, Unix, or Chrome OS dialogue boxes, error message, etc. Ads should be clearly distinguishable as ads and as separate from the page's content. Ad background must have the distinct look and feel of an ad. Ad product or offer must be clearly identified /promoted in connection with your brand, logo, or name. On all ads with partially black, white, or transparent backgrounds, you must add a visible border of a contrasting colour to the majority background colour of the creative. A single ad in violation will result in a minimum of campaign disapproval. We do not allow Pornography ads at all and the ads which are not allowed in a particular Geo by the body of Law. For instance, Alcohol (Beer) promotion is prohibited by the Government in U.A.E but allowed in Australia hence the ad will be approved if the targeted country is Australia and it will be rejected if the targeted region is U.A.E. No online casino or gambling ads. Our inventory does not allow Pop up Ads, Auto redirects/ auto download/subscription. Advertisers will be liable to pay fine of $200 for any violation of content guidelines.

14 Rich media: Interstitials Video Ads 1.Duration of 15 secs,30 secs,2 minutes 2. Play and Pause buttons should be placed on banner 2. Cancel button should be placed on the banner 3.Video should not contain any offensive/objectionable content 4. Max file size is 10 MB or less. MP4 files, up to 50 MB but the smaller the better. 5. Max duration is 120 sec, but we recommend sec for best performance.
