Benefits: Bupa Healthcare (includes spouse/children) or Virgin Active gym membership or 3 days additional annual leave. Roles & Responsibilities The role reports to the SEO Director and Client Services Director and consists of managing a mixed discipline SEO team and client relationships to deliver business focussed SEO startegy and campaigns that add demonstrable value to the companies we work with. You will be responsible for the following: SEO Directing the SEO Strategy for client websites Managing the process of developing the SEO strategy including: researching keywords, site auditing, delivery of recommendations, link building campaign planning and market analyses for clients and prospective clients Analysing and proposing solutions to client SEO and broader online marketing issues Provide SEO training for clients (and staff) and represent the agency at industry events Account Management Working directly with the agency s major clients in planning and implementing online campaigns and strategies which add demonstrable value to their companies Developing the relationships with all clients allocated to their team including chairing and presenting at all key client meetings Developing effective and accurate forecasts and bespoke reporting for client SEO campaigns Generating and closing opportunities to sell in more products and services to existing clients New Business / Marketing Lead the creation of proposals and pitch decks for new business Coordinating your team as required to deliver supporting research and material for new business Contribute to or lead pitch presentations Contribute to the positive perception of the company in the industry and among our clients by writing papers, blogging etc Line Management

Your Clients You will serves as a dedicated point of contact for the clients allocated to your team. This will typically consist of one or two key clients (with revenue potential of over 25,000 a month) and around five others from a variety of industry sectors. Person Specification It s essential that the successful candidate can hit the ground running, with a sound understanding of natural search, experience of delivering high level SEO campaigns to large and complex clients. Essential Skills A firm understanding of commercial issues related to SEO and good working knowledge of how search engines work and SEO strategies and techniques Experience of delivering SEO campaigns for large and complex websites Strong client relationship building skills A proven track record of identifying and closing online marketing business opportunities to meet revenue targets Excellent team leadership qualities and business management instincts Advanced Excel skills and proven success in data analysis and presentation to clients in order to achieve objectives Minimum 2 years experience in the New Media industry with significant (Blue Chip) clients Ability to work to deadlines and multitask across a wide range of clients A confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone A high standard of written and spoken English Must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to start work from the date specified above Desirable Skills Second language Ability to code websites using HTML and CSS, and preferably one or more of JavaScript, PHP or ASP Knowledge and understanding in related fields including web analytics, PPC and social media Educated to degree level; preferably in a business, marketing or computing related subject Experience in an agency setting Experience in enterprise level SEO
