24- Total amount budgeted in Euros per paper by the university or organization to pay for the Publication of the Proceedings? A minimum amount is paid to Future Academy in advance. 25- On behalf of the university or organization, it agrees to pay for the round- trip flight and accommodations for keynote speakers (2 speakers from Europe, 1-3 speakers from the USA). 26- After committing to host a Future Academy event, the university or organization agrees not to cancel hosting the event. 27- Please identify how you first learned about Future Academy and its events? 28- Do you confirm that registration free of the participants will be paid directly to the Future Academy? 29- The university or organization understands that fees collected by Future Academy are not shared. 30- After the university or organization and Future Academy have agreed upon rates/amounts, these figures shall not be charged.
