Florida A&M University Live Continuing Pharmacy Education Seminar Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 27-29, 2010 GENERAL INFORMATION Target Audience Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Attendance and Evaluation Forms You must attend the program to receive credits. As confirmation of attendance, you will be required to complete a continuing education attendance form for each session. Additionally, participants will be required to submit a completed evaluation form for each presentation attended. Continuing Education Credits Continuing Education Credits will be posted into CE Broker and Statements of Continuing Pharmacy Education Credits will be mailed six (6) weeks following the seminar.
