Pricing Colorado Nonprofit Association members: Nonprofit Member: $1,090 Business Member: $1,390 Standard (Nonmembers): Nonprofit: $1,390 Business: $1,590 Additional representatives: $145/person Exhibitor Raffle Offering a prize in the exhibitor raffle is a great way to collect attendees business cards and draw traffic to your booth! If you re participating, your raffle prize(s) will be listed in the printed conference materials. To win, conference attendees must visit your booth and give you their business card or other contact information. Be sure to bring a container, such as a basket or bowl, along with a sign to encourage people to drop their business cards for a chance to win your prize. The raffle will be held the second day of the conference (October 30) in the afternoon break between the third and fourth sessions. Scholarships Conference scholarships will be offered to individuals from nonprofit organizations with operating budgets under $250,000. Funding a scholarship is yet another way to have your business recognized at the conference.
For $145 per scholarship, your company/organization receives additional recognition at the conference: in the thank you to our sponsors slideshow in each plenary session, in the printed conference program, and on the nametag of each of your representatives who attend the conference! Exhibitor Guidelines MOVE-IN & SETUP Exhibitor move-in and setup must be completed by 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 29. We often have early-birds walking through the exhibit space, this is the perfect time for conversation! We will try to reserve time on Wednesday (the day before the conference) for exhibitor move-in and setup. We will notify exhibitors once we have confirmed these dates & times with the venue. Please note that we cannot guarantee any Wednesday move-in or setup. EXHIBIT DISPLAYS & MATERIALS Each exhibit space includes a 6 table (optional). Exhibits and related materials may be table-top or free-standing. Exhibitors may offer complimentary items (such as giveaways of branded/promotional items) to attendees. Do not attach any banners, signs, etc. to hotel walls. Please only use signs with their own support/hanging mechanism or place signage on your table. Exhibit materials may promote named exhibitor(s) only. Please notify us if you plan to market or promote any third party company/organization not named on your exhibitor registration. Please do not bring outside food or drink into the conference. Food or drink giveaway items are prohibited.
All exhibits including display materials, attendee interactions, and giveaway items must be safe, appropriate, and respectful of attendees and exhibitors. Exhibits must not: impede traffic or obstruct exits; create fire hazards or other potential safety problems; generate noise at a level disruptive to attendees or other exhibitors; or include offensive or objectionable subject matter. If you re not sure whether your exhibit plans might cause a problem, please just contact us before the conference and ask! PAYMENT Exhibit booth reservations are not confirmed until receipt of payment in full. Exhibit reservations will be held for up to 2 weeks pending receipt of payment, after which the reservation will be cancelled and the space may be sold to another exhibitor. Reserve your space online and pay by credit card to confirm your space selection immediately. If you re paying by check or would like to make other payment arrangements, please reserve your space online and then contact us to confirm your reservation. See the Contacts section of this document for additional information. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS To cancel your exhibit registration, please notify us in writing (email is fine!). Please notify us by September 5, 2015 to allow us time to remove your listing from the printed conference program, sell your reserved space to another exhibitor, and add that exhibitor s details to the conference program. We re sorry, but refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after September 5, 2015. TRAVEL, SHIPPING, & HOTEL Shipping your exhibit to Denver? Staying overnight and need a hotel room? We ll confirm all these details and share them with registered exhibitors as we get closer to the event.
