General information, terms and conditions Final payment Settlement of all outstanding monies is required by no later than 60 days after receipt of the tax invoice or 30 days prior to the conference, whichever is earlier. If full payment is not received within this time, the Conference Committee reserves the right to re-assign your partnership or trade booth without notice. Freight and storage Exhibitors will be advised closer to the event date. Security The exhibition will be locked each evening. It is suggested that no easily removed valuable items be left overnight. No responsibility can be taken for any loss or damage to equipment and display materials. Insurance Only public liability insurance is included. Insurance for loss or damage to equipment or products within the exhibition or during transport is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
