Introduction NoNotes.com call recording system allows users to record any call, anywhere in North America, save the call in the cloud and get transcription done anytime. USERS CAN ALSO: Email Share Link Via QR Code Archive Replay Post to Social Media Call Recording: Overview There are 2 ways to record calls through the NoNotes.com system; 1. If you are an iphone or Android user then you can also use the call recording app available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play Stores. 2. Users can simply dial 1-888-296-7746 (saving the toll free number in your contacts makes this easier). Then, enter your pre-selected 6 digit pin and follow the prompts. You can find your 6 digit extension by logging in to NoNotes.com and clicking on My Account > Manage Numbers.

How to Sign Up TO SIGN UP FOR CALL RECORDING: 1. Go to www.nonotes.com. 2. Fill in the box on the right that says Sign In/Register Now FREE. 3. Click on Take me to Call Recording 4. Select the Call Recording package you like. 5. Follow the prompts to complete the registration. or download the app! 1. Go to The Apple App Store or Google Play and download the Call Recording by NoNotes.com App. 2. Enter a valid email address/phone number and create 6 digit numeric pin. 3. This will register you automatically for a FREE trial account (20 minutes free). 4. To upgrade go to www.nonotes.com login using the same email and 6 digit pin. 5. Using the App How The App Works The call recording app syncs with your online or cloud NoNotes.com account. The app will automatically call the toll free NoNotes.com number 1-888-296-7746 for you, enter your information and then make your outbound call. Do not be alarmed if you see the app making this call. To begin using your NoNotes.com Call Recording Application turn on your iphone or Android phone and find the NoNotes.com Call Recording App. OUTBOUND CALLING 1. Open the App on your phone and select Record My Call. 2. Select a contact or dial outbound number of the person you would like to call/record. 3. The app will then connect with the NoNotes.com line automatically (1-888-296-7746). 4. The call will go through normally. 5. When you hang up the call will be saved in your online account. 6. You will also receive an email notification that your recording is ready as soon as the call has been ended. TRANSCRIPTION To buy transcription time log into www.nonotes.com. You will be redirected to your Dashboard which shows a summary of your account. 1. Scroll down to the Transcription Summary and select the bundle of Transcription time you wish to purchase. 2. Open the App on your phone. 3. Select Record & Transcribe Call and select the contact or dial the outbound number of the person you would like to call/record. 4. The app will then connect with the NoNotes.com line automatically (1-888-296-7746). 5. The call will go through normally. 6. When you hang up the call will be automatically relayed to our transcription team who will transcribe your file 7. After 1-3 business days, you ll receive an email notification asking you to login to NoNotes. com where you can dowload your file

RETRIEVING YOUR CALL: To retrieve recordings or transcripts: 1. Go to www.nonotes.com. 2. Login with your email and your 6 digit pin. 3. Click view jobs. 4. All recorded files are saved in your account. Having Trouble Downloading? ON A PC? Try to Right Click on the link and then select Save Link/Target As ON A MAC? Hold the CTRL key and click your mouse. Then select Download Linked File As TROUBLESHOOTING THE APP If the app is not working on your device: Check to make sure you have entered a valid phone number/email and selected a 6 digit numeric pin. Some jail broken phones may not support the app. If the app use is unsuccessful but you still require a recording visit www.nonotes.com. Sign up and you can use the manual mode of operation (see page 3 for instructions on how to Sign Up).

Manual Mode Operation To begin using NoNotes.com Call Recording without an iphone or Android Phone (ie: using any other phone) simply follow the steps listed below: Create an account at www.nonotes.com Click call recording Select call recording package Follow Prompts Once you re set up pick up your phone and dial 1-888-296-7746 Follow the prompts and you re set! Inbound Calling There are 2 Options when receiving inbound calls: OPTION 1 During the call open up the NoNotes app. Select Record Active Call. Click Yes to Alert - This is to record a call Once you hear the beep, select Merge Call on your phone s screen OPTION 2 Have the person calling you dial 1-888-405-2819. They will need your NoNotes.com extension which can be located in your account by logging in to NoNotes com and clicking on My Account > Manage Numbers.

Frequently Asked Questions Q: WHAT CALLER ID NUMBER SHOWS UP WHEN I CALL? A: Your own number will show up when you call Q: AFTER I USE MY FREE 20 MINUTES WHAT S NEXT? A: If you require more time all you have to do is go to www.nonotes.com and log in. Click Call Recording and Upgrade your Package Q: HOW DO YOU ACCESS FILES? A: Go to www.nonotes.com. Login. Click My Recordings Q: HOW DO I GET TRANSCRIPTS OF CALLS? A: Before the call use the Record and Transcribe Call option or log into your account at www.nonotes.com and click on My Recordings. Select the audio file which you d like to have transcribed and click the blue Transcribe This button. Note: You need to purchase transcription minutes in order to use this feature. Q: HOW DO I BUY TRANSCRIPTION TIME? A: To buy transcription time log into www.nonotes.com. You will be redirected to your Dashboard which shows a summary of your account. Scroll down to the Transcription Summary and select the bundle of Transcription time you wish to purchase. Q: I BOUGHT CALL RECORDING OR TRANSCRIPTION TIME AND IT ISN T SHOWING UP IN MY ACCOUNT A: Just send an email over with your name and account info to help@nonotes.com. We ll fix the problem ASAP! Q: HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY TRANSCRIPTION FILE? A: To check the status of your file login to www.nonotes.com, click on My Recordings, and you ll the status of your job. Pending means your audio file has been properly submitted, In Progress means our transcription team is completing your file. Once your file has been transcribed, you ll receive an email notification

Q: WHAT IS THE TRANSCRIPTION TURNAROUND TIME? A: Transcription turnaround time is 1-3 business days from the day after you have submitted your file. For example: If you submit your file on Monday, you will receive your transcribed file by Friday at the latest. Q: WHY CAN T I HEAR MY RECORDINGS? A: Please check to ensure your phone is not set to vibrate mode. If the phone is on vibrate/silent mode then the playback will be muted. This can be done by hitting/ flipping the switch on the left hand side of your phone. Q: HOW DO I MANAGE/NAME MY CALLS? A: You can manage all your calls by logging in to NoNotes.com and clicking on My Recordings. Then, select a specific call and click the blue Edit Details button. Q: CAN I DELETE A RECORDING? A: You can delete any recording by logging in to NoNotes.com and clicking on My Recordings. Select the checkbox beside your desired file and then select Delete Forever from the dropdown menu. Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED MY 100 MINUTES ON THE $10/MONTH SUBSCRIPTION? A: If you exceed your 100 minute allotment, rest assured that we will not cut your call off! Our system will trigger a new 100 minute purchase at the same rate. Q: CAN I CALL INTERNATIONALLY? A: Not yet but we re working on support for other countries right now.
