1 With Reliance Express Dial App, reach out to your loved ones across the globe with one touch! Installing Reliance Express Dial App on your Android Phone through Android Market Installing Express Dial on your Android Phone through Android Market 1. Visit Android Market place or Google Play store on your phone and search for 'Reliance Express Dial'. 2. Select the Reliance Express Dial 3. Click on 'INSTALL' button appearing on the phone screen. 4. Post Installation Reliance Express Dial icon will appear on your Android Phone.

2 Installing Reliance Express Dial App on your Android Phone through Android Market 5. Click on Reliance Express dial Logo on your phone, and below screen will be visible for few seconds. 6. Description of Reliance Express Dial will appear, Click on Continue to precede further as shown in following screen. Activating Express Dial on your Android Phone 1. Enter your Log in Credentials, and you will be led to following screen: 2. On successful activation a one time notification will appear on your phone screen. Once activation is successful you don t have to re-enter your credentials for subsequent use of application.

3 Settings Settings: To change the Settings, select 'Settings from Menu. Mode: a. International mode: Selecting 'International' option will route all your international calls through your RGC platform. b. Call by Call mode: Selecting 'Call by Call' option lets you choose between Reliance Global Call platform & other available options like your local service provider, every time you initiate international call.

4 Settings c. OFF mode: Selecting 'OFF mode will disable the app from intercepting international calls. Access Number: Select appropriate mode from the given list and choose Toll Free or Toll Access (local) as per your preference. Reliance Express Dial is now ready for use!

5 Making International Calls using Reliance Express Dial App 1. When you dial international number from your phone dialer or using the Reliance Express Dial app s dial pad, Reliance Express Dial will identify the call, intercept and route it through Reliance Global Call platform. 2. Please note Reliance logo & dialed number will appear on progress bar. You are now connected! *Note: Please note that the Reliance logo and dialed number will appear after you dial the international destination number while connecting to the dialed number. If you do not see the progress bar, please contact our Customer Care immediately. Do you know that you can make international calls using Phone book contacts & Call logs? There may be a case when the above screen/message does not appear. This indicates that your call is not being connected through Reliance Express Dial app but instead is getting connected through your local Service Provider. If you proceed with such a call, then you shall be billed by your Local Service Provider according to the International calling tariff applicable. You expressly acknowledge and agree that in such an event Reliance shall neither be liable in any manner whatsoever nor you shall have any claims toward Reliance for the same.

6 Recharge To recharge your Reliance Global Call prepaid account please select RECHARGE from menu and it will take you to the website. Report an Issue To report any issue directly to our Customer Care while using Reliance Express Dial app, please select REPORT AN ISSUE, write the issue description and click on Submit

8 Sign Up with Reliance Global Call 1. Log on to 2. Click on the Sign Up tab on the right hand side of the web page. 3. Select the country from which you will be using the Reliance Global Call service and enter your contact details name, address, ID and phone number. 4. Select the preferred Payment and Usage Plan from the available options. 5. Register the phone numbers from which you will be making most of your calls. 6. Enter your credit / debit card details and select the talktime amount you wish to buy. 7. Enter the captcha code as shown in the box, tick the check box to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and click on Register. 8. On successful registration you will receive confirmation notification on your . You are now a registered Reliance Global Call subscriber! Troubleshooting Q: I was trying to make a call, but the call did not go through & got following error message. A: The error which you got occurs during limited / no data coverage. Please select 2 stage dialing by selecting the option "Try 2-stage dialing" Q: Installation was successfully completed but calls are routed directly via my mobile phone carrier. A: While Reliance Express Dial to make international calls, please ensure the following: 1. International destination number dialed either from your Android phone s dial pad or phonebook is in the correct format: For a mobile number country code + mobile number; For a landline number country code + city code + landline number. 2. Once you have dialed the destination number & pressed call, Reliance Express Dial logo and "Calling number via Reliance" message will pop-up on your phone screen & the call will get connected".

9 Troubleshooting Q: I have called international destination number but the call did not get through. What should I do? A: Dial again after a few minutes; make sure that the Reliance Express Dial logo and Calling <Dialed Number> via Reliance" pop-up appears on your mobile phone's screen.
